Had my car parked up for 2 weeks with the battery dis-connected. Went out last night and it was rough as old nails. a. She went into Saftey boost first time i booted up the turbo's b. Put he in Sport mode and she redlined in 1st and would not change to 2nd till i took my foot off the gas. c. Engine tapping noise so loud i thought there was something under my hood with a hammer. I know when you the ecu is reset it take some time get back to running how it was, but are these normal symptoms?

JAE T-Shirts will be done by whoever did them last year i guess (MAC), i was hoping to improve what we offer as a club at JapFest hopefully to make it a better day. We need to drive forward with events to make them bigger and better without worrying about the past. Im looking for the biggest turnout of Zeds ever at Japfest this year as part of my role. Remember we will be with the zclub again and im in talks with suzy regarding size of pitch and also looking at a dedicated track session which will cheaper than i orgionally quoted.

Have your inner brake lights been converted to rear fog lamps? this will cause the warning light to come on

Hopefully its something simple and cheap mate. Have you had a look at the suspension bushes?

could be the brake wear sensor, have you checked how much pads wear you have left?

probally a 225bhp one or is ur zed modified?

Having owned a 944 and a 300zx i would like to say the following. 0-60 a 250bhp 944 is about the same as a 300zx and the zx will edge it past 100. For cornering and handling the ZX does not match upto the Porsche as its a far better handling car. When i had my porsche i had loads of kids get really excited when i parked it up as it was a porsche, the nissan has a similar effect but no kids know what it actually is. The interior of a 944 is cramped compared to the inside of a zed. The zed does look better IMHO. A zed has far better low down response due to the 3.0V6 compared to the 2.5 Straight 4. The Zed sounds better and is newer. Which do i prefer, well if the Porsche sounded like the Zed i would buy a Porsche but it dont and thats why i bought a Zed. Now a 928GTS that a different kettle of fish, power always on Tap mmmmmmmmmmmm

Im lucky enough to have a mate who designs and sells t-shirts and have asked him to put forward a proposed design for a 300.zx.co.uk t-shirt for Japfest. But i need help with a suitable picture, preferably a front on pic of a zed, taken from a standing position to get the curves of the bonnet and arches in. Preferably a picture of a white, silver or yellow zed so its got more detail in the final pic. Anybody have one?

Maybe we should get some flyers made up and stick em under some peoples wipers. there is a guy in Bradley Stoke Bristol with a lovely black Zed which he polishes every week, never seen him on here though.
