Had it dyno's beforehand but it had a slipping clutch ....... so the figure wasn't good ........ hence the lightened flywheel which was fitted at the same time as a new OEM clutch.

Perhaps he could get an ECU from here in the UK, mod it and send it to you ....??? Don't know the reason for being able to switch ...... i always had it on the new map.

I just sent my ECU to JD and he fitted the chip and switch, sent it back. Refitted ECU and Robert's yer fathers brother :cool3:

I had a JD chip, de-cat exhaust, apexi filter and lightened flywheel on my NA and had it Dyno'd at over 243 bhp .............. details in My Rides ..............

I made 2 switch panels, each with 4 switches in, when I did my interior. One panel was fitted below the radio and the other was fitted where the ashtray should be. Pix are in My Rides................

If you look in the light blue box on the V11 (Renewal reminder to get a tax disc) it says "You will have an extra five working days to display your old tax disc if you tax your vehicle online or by phone befrore the 31st May 2011" So I reckon you're OK..............assuming you have the old tax disc

I have a Vecccy C too.................it's the 3.2 V6 Elite version..........quite quick for a big old barge.........got 38mpg from it on a 230 mile trip back from Manchester driving at the legal limits........soon for sale...........
