Some time back a nice man put a note under the windscreen...he'd seen a lady reverse into the front of my zed...and he'd be a witness to the fact should there be any damage/claim so my garage put the zed up in the air and looked under the bumper...it was split and had cracked where it's mounted to the slam bar and a few bits n bobs were bent all exactly where the man described it being struck...so i filed a report with the police who have now traced the owner who first denied being there at all but faced with a detailed description from my witness the police have given her a written warning and supplied me with all her details so do i a) hand it over to my insurers? b) phone her up and do a deal? c) sue her in the small claims court? d) anything else.....?

found this...somewhere out there Nissan is asking £29,500 for its faster, limited edition 350Z GT4, which goes on sale in February 2005. This makes the special-edition coupe £2500 more than a standard GT version. For the money, buyers get an extra 20bhp. This increase in power to 296bhp shaves 0.1sec off the sprint to 60mph, taking it down to 5.8sec. Its top speed is unchanged at a limited 155mph, although Nissan said the GT4 does sound louder than a standard 350Z. Besides the standard GT equipment, including leather, electrically adjustable seats and six-CD in-dash changer, the GT4 also has 18-inch alloy wheels that are unique to the car. Buyers also get a PlayStation 2 and a copy of the Gran Turismo 4 video game, which the GT4 is being used to promote. Of the 176 being brought to the UK, 76 will be finished in a special bright yellow colour and 100 in black. Orders will be taken from 3.50pm on February 1, through Nissan dealerships. First deliveries of cars will be in March.

egr valve sticking is my best guess...thats if it has one which i'm sure it would...just sounds similar to a prob i once had

the 280 bhp relates to the models 1996 onwards when emission regs forced changes to the output to be compliant but speculation is that is was on paper only to please the Jap/US/Euro pen pushers and performance wouldnt be noticably different
