parking ticket advice
true...but it (the advice) covers bus lanes and congestion charging issues as well...can even be adapted to cover train and bus fare fines...quite similar sorts of court actions when looking at them PCN's are a crazy system part county court and part magistrates court and they are designed to stop you appealing once its got to latter stages or to make it as hard as humanly possible... basically the courts dont want to be snarled up with issues over PCN's but there is of course a way around it...trouble is most folks dont know what stage their tickets are at or how to get things suspended once its got to that stage

Mobile Phone Base Stations

parking ticket advice
i know their are lots of consumer webs dedicated to getting out of PCN's on technical grounds / legality / colour of paint etc but some while ago i drew up a guide to PCN's in order to help debt advisors and people who had just buried their heads when getting lots of tickets, so if anyone wants a copy of the guide on PCN's its free link below http://www.twinpier.co.uk/Default.aspx?tabid=618 Regards Chris

Right of way?
i know that bit very well drove it thousands of times mate, IMHO anyone who tries to undertake to get in front at that point is bang out of order, the obstructions blocking off the nearside lane are usually caused by parked cars outside the pet shop, really its an issue of merge in turn during the slow moving rush hour traffic, but if as you say you was in front when off the lights and she came up the inside (from behind you) then cant see the claim going her way at all, but as you can see she is she is prepared to make up any story she can, so get your claim in pronto and stick to your guns, hopefully the damage will throw up the relative position at impact etc regards

I might as well say goodbuy now !!
with no sense of irony here the first person to have been charged under this new crime would have to be victim Jane Longhurst herself....as it came out during the trail she was a fan of S&M, visited sites on her PC and told her work mates she liked being strangled by her men during....etc etc quite honestly she was no saint and her mums effort to put her up as an innocent corrupted by some evil svengali is laughable....she was seeing her best friends man behind her back knowing her friend was pregnant with his kid...! Her mum needs to get of her high moral horse asap

350Z GTS the S stands for supercharged
there are 3 types on offer for the 350z as i looked into this a while back 1. supercharger 2.twin turbo kit 3 single turbo kit....apparently the best option as its easy to fit doesnt need a new raised bonnet hump and so saves a fair few ££

batman problem !!
movie makers often faff about with the history or the look of a villan mainly to avoid copyright or royalty issues....IIRC this was the case with Alien Resurrection when they changed the look of the aliens...added a few extra knobbly bits...so as not to pay anything to the original designer...possibly Godzilla as well...just goes to show there are more sharks in the movie industry than 1000 Jaws sequals could ever come up with :D

Good place to go for a night out in Isle of Sheppey?
if you or anyone is thinking of moving think about this little prob whihc might not show up on your local search...copied off the BBC news website The wreck of a warship lying off the Kent coast could cause a huge explosion within 10 years if no government action is taken, a report reveals. The American cargo ship SS Richard Montgomery was carrying 1,400 tonnes of explosives when it grounded and broke in two, 2km off Sheerness, in 1944. The report says if the wreck exploded it would cause a metre-high tidal wave. Local MP Derek Wyatt is to ask people living nearby whether they want the wreck detonated, removed or left alone. 'Communities swamped' If it explodes it would be a "significant event" causing injuries and £1bn worth of damage, according to the report. The report, which was handed to MPs this week, said in 10 years time munitions "will be disturbed...which could pose a risk to the public." If the ship were to explode it would cause damage to property, together with injuries from flying glass and hearing damage, the report said. "In addition, the explosion would generate a tidal wave up to a height of one metre which could possibly swamp local coastal communities in exceptional tidal conditions."

Good place to go for a night out in Isle of Sheppey?
6 July. Feast Day of St Sexburga, a daughter of King Anna of the East Angles. Despite her name, she was a paragon of virtue and founded and governed a convent at Minster-in-Sheppey.
