  1. i got the same device tucked away under the dash...god knows how it works...i figured out how to turn the turbo timer off...but without the remote fob its useless as far as i can see

  3. take it up with the FSO....they regulate the insurance industry....on a general point there is the issue of failure to check policy which is a given but as you state they took your money...so basically entered into a contract for which they provided no service...not exactly theft but consideration to professional dilligence is a two way street.....there is new provision consumer protection from unfair trading 2008...worth a google search for the exact act cheers n good luck

  8. glad you sussed it....yeah its a common prob the rad neck...needs a new rad bud...put that on your xmas pressie list :D
  9. yes if the gasket is blown...:( not a quick job to fix afraid...more than 1 hour as the liquid gasket needs to set
  10. could be the top hose...it splits (well mine did) or the rad neck where the pipe joins up perishes as people often overtighten the clamps...run your finger under the top hose see if its wet / dripping
  11. could well be....take the tray off for the moment should help with the fault finding

  15. out of interest does anyone on here use the mini disc format anymore?...i got a sony MD walkman MZ-N505 type R comes with charger & in-car charger and 2 large bags of disc's...some orginal albums in there...manics, george michael, JK & southpark! all in about 100 discs of music...mainly chart stuff, dance and rock etc i got all my music on hard drive / mobile now so anyone interested make me an offer as its just cluttering up the office cheers chris

  21. FYI POLICE are appealing for information about a fatal crash in which a Woolwich man was killed. Brian Bowers drove a the red Nissan 300 ZX coupe into a lampost in Artillery Place, Woolwich at around 8pm on September 4. The 38-year-old father sustained head injuries during the collision and was taken to the Royal London Hospital where he died the next day. Mr Bowers' partner Caroline Horton was in the car when the accident happened and had to be taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich to be treated for head injuries and a broken fingers. The 26-year-old who lived with her partner in Nightingale Place, Woolwich said he was a keen mechanic who loved fixing cars and had a garage where he worked in Rectory Place -
