dont get me wrong it is an imperfect system...but by seeking redress in court over a minor detail (and for an admitted offense) may well end up costing more but only to those who bring such actions, the rational behind it is fair, that is to say tax payers dont foot the bill of everyone who wants to go and have their say using the service...in theory you could seek court redress over this or any thread on this site you disagree with and yes the judge may agree with your point of view but your costs would be yours...noway would the state pick up the tab...moral victory indeed but is the financial cost worth it just to be right

sleep easy and pay up...:) the wrong or incorrect reg is to all intents a minor adjustment in any legal hearing i would bet on the judge accepting that as the case and so find you guilty and maybe add costs for taking it to court...however if it is your last 3 points (i.e. you're on 9) then what have you got to lose

sounds smells and looks like good vodka...but undrinkable...someone came a right cropper trying it once...their mistake was thinking they had drunk 150% tequelia and so this would be a breeze being 99%...but 150% is proof not by volume...proofing is the old way of measuring how "hot" the alcohol burns..more heat the higher the proof...today most booze is sold by volume..and the highest drinkable % is probably around 65%-70% eg Sangsters Rum, Tequlia's have approx 40% but re-proof the alcohol to give it more heat...sommit like that...soz to bore you all...:0

i used to do electromechanical engineering and often bought IPA (iso-propal-alcohol)from chemists...cleans connectors PCB's etc quite well and is cheap...:) just make sure your engine aint hot as it is highly imflammable..99.9% alcohol...and dont try to drink it... you wont live to regret it...;)

funny you mention 3...i guy called me yesterday and said 3 hacked him off so much he threw his 3 phone into the sea off Brighton and was planning Viking style burials at sea for any other disgruntled phone owners...:)

yep its a right bitch...make no mistake...CS aint a soft option the papers say it is...the only advantage for those choosing is you can book it in....but the recovery is a hell of a lot longer...if you aint got a choice (like Mrs Shrimp) its gonna be hard on your daily routine both work and other kid wise

feel for you mate...we've had 4 kids no CS...all i can say is childbirth is sheer bloody drama for those who are there...total stress...but i wouldnt have missed it for the world...good luck and take plenty of food...hospital tea n toast is ok..the rest looks dodgy...from what i know it can be a while before the mum can even hold the baby due to possible stomach damage so be prepared to be mum for a few days regards

my only previous nissan was the bluebird turbo...shared the same engine as the early 200 i believe...rust killed it though

in answer and thanks to the above...i run a jap auto tt so i can see the point of the autobox cooler...leaving the tyres plugs and brakes out for the moment is there agreement on the other bits listed...? Apexi Intake...? Bigger Rad.....if so what type? Smithies Fuel line Grounding Kit Oil Temp, Water Temp & Boost pressure guage...if so what type? Smithy hard rad pipe kit cheers again

i have seen many threads recommending upgrades of one part or another...could any members provide a list of essential upgrades a stock zed owner should consider to have many more years of hassle free driving...i'm not talking about performance upgrades or styling as i find the stock set up great :dance: ...just pro-active replacement of stock bits Nissan never made that well in the first thanks in advance

cant vouch for the price mind but based on the motors they work with i'm not surprised if its a little on the high side...but i guess if you buy cheap you pay twice...:)
