Hello, Took the car for a 1 mile drive this morning driving off boost. Got home about 3 mins later all smoke?? Steam?? started coming from the engine between battery??? Could hear a dripping sound then the sizzling (noise as if liquid oil/water landing on something hot) then the steam or smoke?? Anyone have any ideas what pipes are down there that could have burst?? Will take it for a drive tonight and see if it does it again. Thanks all. Ant :cry:

Hello mate, I got it from Mike Feeney (MJP) is his store name, he is in the Traders section, seems to have done the trick. It didnt make that chatter noise until i took the re-circs off though, the dump valves i got from america about £150 for the pair. Where are you located? If your close i dont mind meeting you. I dont know why you need to mod all that, as mine makes that sound with just a Stilllen Induction Kit and Dump valves. If you catch lifting off the throttle just right i get the wastegate noise then the big woooshhhh dump. :dance: :dance: I thought the Induction kits helped make this noise. Cheers Ant :p

Smithy do these pads squeal as i know some high performance ones do and i really dont want that. I am wanting to get the brakes all sorted after the 25th of this month will you still have a set?? front and rears??? Shahid.. Are these discs good then as they seem like quite a good price are they just a direct replacement for the old ones or does it involve changing things?? Thanks to all for your help. Ant ;)

Can anyone tell what sort of price i'd be looking at for a slight brake up grade nothing top notch just better discs and pads and also how can i tell if a caliper has ceased?? I have never liked the brakes on the Z so want something a bit better and hopefully stop the bloody squeaking i have had for months even after changing the front pads. Thanks all. Ant :)

Hello all, Can anyone tell me where i can get the bulbs as above as i have tried all my local car shops and no one sells them, is a main dealer part??? While im on the subject if people like them, i have had a sticker made for the brake light (photo attached) andif people would like these then i can get them made up, not sure on price but def. below a tenner including postage, and can have any word put in and generally in your car colour. I think its quite effective thats why i need a new bulb as the 1st one in mine is dead. Cheers Ant :dance:
