  1. You use compressed air and a gauge to ensure they are opening at the correct pressure
  2. I have no booster and its fine
  3. If its failed once it wasn't up to the job in the first place, I wouldn't fancy driving round with a failed prop that's been repaired, where's it going to fail next
  4. Have you tried some oil on the pivot of the clutch pedal
  5. Next month is going to be a bit crowded for me sorry, got a few events and JAE at the beginning of sept
  6. What ever you think of m3's you have to admit they sound fooking awful, a couple put there foot down and it sounded like a sowing machine about to go pop
  7. Nice to meet you all hope every one got home safe
  8. Fault codes wont tell you anything if the cylinder is not firing due to faulty coil pack/injector Have you tried swapping coil packs round to see if the problem moves with the coil pack, pull the coilpack out connect the plug to the end of it and see if it sparks, as been said its either fuel or ignition fault, could be a harness problem, more likely something daft for 2 to go down together, do you have a spare ptu to try
  9. Think I'm still ok for this, I have a rear diff to put in my landrover as long as that goes all right tonight I shall see you all tomorrow, I will be in a red s13 that sounds like a zed

  14. Yup my conector on the engine temp sometimes cause the gauge to be very iratic
  15. Would just like to add to this thread if this question gets asked again. Got one and so far its been excellent, near standard clutch pedal and I have no booster, holds great and not shown any sign of slipping whilst being hammered
  16. You can change the spring rates with new springs, which has a huge affect on ride quality, as long as you can get replacement springs in a range of spring rates for those coilovers
  17. Ohh its not bothering me don't worry, the engine only has to see me to the winter and I dont think its any where on the scale of that yet, i started getting a few drips and a bit of oil showing up on the plastic covers.
  18. The electric fan should have been able to keep it under 95 without a problem, hope it is the viscous but I doubt it
  19. I have a feeling mine is doing something very similar to that :-(
  20. Wow how lucky is that http://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&channel=s&hl=en&source=hp&q=56475600545+188&btnG=Google+Search You have the same winning numbers as every one else
  21. skyline brembo with some bigger disks and brackets to move the caliper out to match Try dan, send an email though half the stuff he does aint on the website, the brembo brake pistons are 1mm smaller than the stock z but the brembo pads have better coverage of the disk (If the internet is right ) http://www.db-power.co.uk/index2.php?page=home
  22. If its only doing it whilst cranking or after running sounds like injector seal, would check all other pipes first though.
  23. Thats high, the only extra friction your going to get is from new rings bedding in and it really shouldn't affect the temp, are you 100% sure the timing is correct
  24. Boost leak, you did do something about the bigger injectors n the way of a re chip didn't you
