For last couple of days i have been chasing my arse around looking for a misfire on my zed, with guidance from JeffTT (Thank you). Tested all coil packs there is a spark there, I have found that all Injectors plugs require renewing, when testing the Injectors all about 11.9 Ohms apart from No 4 cylinder injector which is open circuit. How easy is it to change, i can see 1 screw to undo but the other is under the top plenum, is this a total strip down? :sad:

The sensor i bought off ebay due to the original one thread stripped while removing, does this make a difference?

Just confused why there is difference going from electric fan back to viscus? Its not a new gauge, its a new top hose + sensor i've fitted with the viscus fan cover, run the car around and the after market gauge goes up to 90? I have not had the laptop plugged in while driving yet. Just scares me looking at the gauge.

Has anyone put a resistor inline with a after market water gauge sensor? The ecu water temp showing 79 degrees but the aftermarket gauge showing 88 degrees? Anyone help?

My mate tried to quit smoking he had those patches, he got that bad withdraws that he end up licking the Patch!!!

Cheers Jeff mate, i guess that fitting the cover then will keep it cooler than if without? I've run my zed around tonight the temp is approx 83o c so its running better than the electric fan.

No its not rattling, its just a very small drip there is a small gap between the rubber and the door window, but i will check these clips to make sure thanks.

Are these easy to fit?

This is why i got out years (15th Edition) ago due to people doing stuff like this, i still stand by my word in that if your not Qualified don't do it.

But the fact is i am Qualified Electrician to 15th Edition Regs and a full apprenticeship and 20 years of experience behind me, The fact is H & S is so tight these days if someone gets an injury from your install inspected or not that JUDGE will look at YOU the installer & the electrician who passed it! Also the JUDGE WILL ASK YOU FOR YOUR QUALIFICATIONS WHAT WILL YOU SAY WHEN YOU HAVE JUST KILLED SOMEONE! This is why i got out of the game because of people thinking that can do it when there not QUALIFIED TO DO IT!!!!

you do know that if you are not a qualified electrician and something goes wrong with the install in that office you will be held responsible & be taken to court! Also a qualified electrician will not sign someone else's work off, as there putting there name to a that install. I stopped this work years ago because of the regulations & h/s departments. The law says if your not qualified don't do it!
