Well i've had problems in the begining but like i said since removing the air con rad (Never used it anyway) , i've had no more probs. I've got standard oil coolers, i heard that there are probs with front mounted oil coolers due to amount of air the rad needs to cool.

Have u upgraded to electric fan? I had overheating probs like u mine got up to 90deg's on a hot day. A little bird informed me that if i removed the air con rad more air will be drawn in. Since i've taken that out i've had no more problems stays around 45-50 deg's. Could it be the front mounted intercooler blocking air flow into the rad?

I was there! I got there at 08.30 after a bit of traffic, i set off home at 3.00pm got in at 6pm, Zed did not miss a beat. Loved the whole day, it made it better due to the weather- is was brill!! Nice to meet new faces aswell!

I only use Classicline Insurance with all the mods i've declaired and a agreed value of £12000 i only pay £419.

Thats why i use an agent i live in cheshire my apparments in london.

In 2006 bought 2 appartments in the east end of London for the 2012 games, if i had the experiance then i would not of bothered! We get a lot of phone call by our letting agent, about tennents not being happy with things. The best advice if you rent it out do not rent furnished! The tennets exspect the furnture if they break to be replaced. We have just paid out for a new settee and chair. Get insurance. against tennents doing runners! We also had a couple who signed up for a 12 month lease then after 3 months did one! leaving us out of pocket! also the gas and electric have to be inspected each year due to insurance. Have a letting agent they also take 10% of the letting fee for finding a tenent that means the first month you might not have any rent coming in!
