  1. iv went for the 4.5 with the stage 2 engine conversion, just a few questions mate.. are they as unreliable as everyone says? And are the servicings as expensive as iv heard?
  2. ill let you know :D
  3. sorry mate she's now gone! got £7000 for her.... was so sad to see her go    but just got a TVR Cerbera 4.5.... so its not all bad
  4. the standard 4.5 is 420 bhp with 0-60 in 3.8 sec but with the stage 2 its running about 450.. not sure what that does to the stats as 3.8sec is probably as quick as its ever going to get or ud be sat there in smoke!
  5. well the time had come to move on... so i sold my Z last weekend... Got £7000 for her but had more of a loan as id spent 4k on her in the past year on mods! but its not all bad as i pick up a TVR cerbera on Wed just wanted to say a big thankyou to everyone who has helped me out for the past few years its been a fantastic 4 years with her and ill probably get another in a few years. definatly one of the best (and funniest at times!) clubs iv ever been a menber of.... so once again THANKYOU ill still be on hear sometimes (probably moaning about the TVR breaking down every 1000 miles!)
  6. so does the 350Z :D
  7. well iv just sold my Z last week    but i got £7000 for her and thats quite a good price. (although id spend 4k in just the last year on modifications!) and guess what i pick up on wed?! a TVR cerbera!! 4.5 V8 with a stage 2 engine conversion!! :hyper: :nana2: :hyper:
  8. well it was quite a good night, but it gets a bit boring sitting about in a carpark with a load of drunk teenagers wandering about, there were some nice cars out, but i was bored after an hr!
  9. well just fitted some new seats! still need some adjusting.. and a better pic of her as she is now! just need to lose the tweed pannels!
  10. right im going to this :hyper: just got my new seats fitted (not very secure but it will do till i can get a welder!) so do people want to meet up?
  11. hay fella and welcome to the club! im in dundee but thats quite a way from u. im thinking of selling mine sometime this year, so if ur interested send me a pm, look forward to seeing u at the next meet! :duffer:
  12. That sounds very impresive mate.. so your hoping to get about 600+ bhp without turbo or supercharger? sounds good to me, although i would prob be tempted to supercharge or turbo charge it with all your forged internals! you should be able to get some bonkers power then!
  13. im getting different problems, all the buttons are lit, when i click on DASH i get my RPM and SPEED they work fine.. but when i click on DATA DISPLAY i get nothing! any idea on this one?!
  14. Well you wont get a better looking car for the money! im loving the 2 tone, my mat black is starting to get a bit taty.. it scratches so easy and you cant buff it out :headvswal ... wide is the future! £4000 isnt to bad as iv worked out all the bits will cost me £1850 alone
  15. looks awsome mate... hope it works out for you! im thinking of getting wide arches for mine as well.... how much do you think you will be looking at for the fit and paint etc? im looking at getting the front wings with slats, lambo doors and the wide rear bumper as well! :x: i think i better start saving :nelson:
  16. what sort of cost is it for all the mounts etc mate? ill prob be doing all the work myself as i like getting my hands dirty and doing things myself! is it a small block chevy engine you use?
  17. Im looking to get some big power so im looking at buying a 2nd hand engine to build in my garage so i dont have to take mine off the road.... i know some people have gone V8... is this a masive benifit? or am i best of getting a stock TT engine and riping it to bits and re-building with forged internals and bigger tubs etc? im looking to get about 600+ bhp that's reliable without Nitrous, as i think mine is already running about 500 with my nitrous (not had it rolling roaded yet!) any advice would be ace
  18. as above..... anyone know this?
  19. i know everyone asks this at some point.... but what BHP (ball park figure) im i likely to be puting out? mods are Blitz Cold air intake HKS FMIC Blitz ECU Nismo 555cc injectors De-Cat running about 16.5 psi with Greedy profec bII standard tubs (i think although i dont know as evey time i have gone to change something its been apprated already! went to change my clutch and found a twin plate nismo clutch and light weight flywheel! and went to get my ecu out to get it chiped and found it was a blitz one!) i dont know what else has been done... i also have 100shot of Nos going through it i have an apexi ECU monitor that on a good day says i kick out about 410-410 PS thats without my NOs are these quite accurate? sorry for the essay! :D Brett
  20. Cheers mate... ill have a go this weekend! and look at the tube as well... cheers all
  21. got back to my Z today, it had been sitting out in the rain all day, reversed it up drive and water started poring out of my middle guage in my pillar! any ideas?!
