Data Scan Idiots Guide
I have a datascan kit aswell and im having the same problems but these have only a risen since i changed my engine ecu it use to work perfect with the MINES ecu i had. The driver is installed, the correct port is selected, the software is installed. but will it connect, will it fook. I spoke to john dixon sometime ago about this problem and he suggested that i disconnect the autobox ecu or power steering ecu, and it works fine when i do this. so it might be worth trying this as it could be a similar thing I have no idea why this is the case, however its not because the signal is weak, as i built an amp to buff it up. Im open to all suggestions

auto box temp
Does anyone know want the operating oil temp range of an auto box is. i have searched on google and not found anything. The reason i ask is im going to be fitting a temp gauge into the oil pipe going to the cooler so it will read the highest temp. and just curious of what it should be.
