  1. i think you have done a good job there and it looks nice on your car not something i would do myself as it looks to much like a vauxhall vectra for my taste :)
  2. my zed was allready smooth when i got it but on other things i have done like aerial holes and de locking that sorta stuff i have used cardboard
  3. i put cardboard the other side of the hole as welding can cause the metal to worp

  5. my wheels stick out abit aswell ive never had any problem with the tyre rubbing at all im not far from thetford eaither :)

  9. where have you earthed it to i ask beacuse a mate of mine fits amps ect and some cars you have to put the earth under or in front of the rear seats carnt remember why buts its summit todo with interferance just try a tempery earth somewhere different matt

  13. if you dont wanna remove the plenum you could buy a leak down tester :) there on ebay
  14. put it in 2nd or 4th carnt remember with the handbrake on rev it slighty and release the clutch if it stalls then its ok if the engine revvs up and dosent go anywhere then its slipping

  17. nope just now and again but...... after reading you post propperly i rememberd that the last he did it the router had been unplugged so maybe if there turned off for a period of time they loose there memory ???

  19. a mate of mine just went with bt and he is getting the same problem he fixes it by putting the disc in and re entering the codes that bt give you bit of a pain really as you should nt have to fix it all the time
