  3. Weather was good today so i decided to get these two systems off the car to tidy up a little bit on vacuum hoses. I had the wings off today anyway so it was easy enough to get to all the AIV and PRVR bits :) Marty
  4. Hey folks im wanting to do a few vacuum lines deletion and was searching for blanking caps to use. What has everyone else used as ive done a search on a few sites and cant find any blanking caps to use on the balance pipe cheers Marty

Hey folks im after a few tips on threading wires from the inside of the car through the rubber insulator that goes into the doors as ive got some jap spec mirrors that im going to wire in on a switch for the folding motion. 12. Hey just wanted someone to check my list and add to it as im gonna be taking my gearbox off soon to put the exedy clutch and flywheel on. Just wondered what else was worth doing whilst the gearbox was off. Im already looking at doing the release bearing and oil change with the MT 90 oil that ive heard about. Im looking at putting on the nismo release pivot too is there any seals taht i should look to change with the access ill have. Cheers in advance Marty
  13. With the winter times brings more problems :( The top one of my heater hoses has decided to split so im going to change them both as good measure. Ive just looked at the SFS ones from zcentre but does anyone know of any other places that does these hoses. Cheers folks Marty
  14. has he now removed the 450bhp quote cos i cant see it on his add anywhere but id avoid it doesnt seem very upfront with information
  15. its possibleto do the elbows with engine in ive done it a couple of times now u just need extensions and a U/J for the drivers side and take the battery out for the passenger side but id advise putting new gaskets on as they may have been on there a while. I have a Japspeed full system on mine and the only noise suppressor i have is the back boxes so im quite happy with the grumble mine makes and it is loud. Sounds loud like a meaty engine not like a corsa with holes in the exhaust. Marty :)
  16. i used the power of my hands to put my manual box back onto my engine (with a little help from my friend) and it was damn heavy :cowboy: so id say about 90kg all in too
  17. I always think the cars that appear on pistonheads are overpriced or is it just me?
  18. im sure it is possible but it aint half the long way round when thinking of the differences in parts when it gets down to wiring looms and stuff
  19. Id say something like at the moment in your life your finding it hard to commit your feelings to someone after what has happened to you. She should understand :)
  20. WoW needs more of a fast internet connection as long as you have a half decent pc it has no problem running
  21. Lol this country never ceases to amaze me
  22. Hi folks ive just been reading Lorenzo`s problems with his alarm and ive had similar problems with mine. The zed had a clifford 300 fitted when i bought her and it was all ok for a few months and then the door open light came on and stayed on with all the doors closed. Ive checked the alarm circuit and it looks like it been wired into both door open switches what effect will this have on the relay in the rear quart that i have just learned about cheers Marty
  23. For the leather retrim i have my eyes on this and ive heard a few good reviews about these retrims. Meant to be a right pain to fit but looks spot on when finished http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-300ZX-SKYLINE-R32-R33-R34-S13-S14-SEAT-COVERS_W0QQitemZ270505535196QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item3efb62e6dc There is a seller in the states that keeps cropping up on ebay that does replacement leather bits for all the tweed interior bits like the doors, glovebox and centre tunnel. Cant seem to find it at the moment but goes for about 80 quid Marty
  24. Just started watching this the other night but tonights story did seem a little unrealistic how the coppers came in the Queen Vic and then arrested whats her face cos she needed to get some air outside. My police knowledge isnt great but im sure thats not the way questioning goes to arrest the first person that found the dead body lol
  25. Ok i have a set of the lenses now and as i thought the standard bulb holders wont fit into them so what is the best option for this? Is it possible to get the supra wiring harness for the bulb holders or can you buy the bulb holders on their own and then just change them over?
