As there are approx 1hr 20 mins from you heading home, either on foot, taxi or other means till the time of the offence, and you cant prove where you were, then unfortunately its bad news !!! Its the judges call, and as its a sports car with, I presume a young (ish) person driving, (allegedly), he has to decide whether you are guilty or innocent of the offence. He has proof that your car was caught on camera committing an offence at a set day & time, if you cant prove to him that you were not the driver, then i`m afraid its points time !! Facts are what they go by and if you dont have an alternative to their facts, then the games a bogey !!! :( Hope you can track down the taxi driver or summat mate. Alan.....

Just a thought, but I had the exact same problem. Swopped the PCV valves from side to side and when fitted them the other side smoked ! :rolleyes: Swapped the valve from my mates and it cleared up. As a matter of interest we fitted my suspect valve in his, and it smoked like a good-un !! Cleaned the valve and re-fitted it, still the same, so even if the valve is clean, I guess it can still be faulty ??? Dunno, but maybe worth a try mate ?? Alan..... ;)

Only way to put him in his place is; 1. Scare him, 2. Threaten him, 3. Ask him nicely to leave you alone, 4. Does he have any distinctive features ? big nose, bald or maybe even a wee member ?? Hi Guys, The other half had the tv on a shopping channel this morning, and it was advertising a product called Cataclean, for cleaning the cats obviously. Anybody used it, heard of it or any opinions ?? Company cotact is http://www.shopamerica.co.uk There claims are all backed by individual tests etc and they sing its praises. Sky channel 637 I think. Let me know your thoughts, as I have recently replaced the turbos, the cats would probably be manky !! ;) Only just passed the mot on emmissions, mainly due to a sympathetic examiner. :D Cheers.........

In fact I would go as far as too say that my 17 year old daughter who passed her test a short while ago, is always keen to point out the "amatuer" mistakes I make..... Just on the wind up ! ;) My mates wife is a taxi driver and she is so street wise. Dont know if its the same down your way, but up here, some of the holes in the road are like bottomless pits!!! :mad: My 17" BBS really feel as if they are taking a pounding sometimes !! If all the revenue raised by the road tax was invested back into roads, and not on speed cameras and Tony Blairs retirement fund, we would all be driving on roads that were up to scratch !! Other pet hates are; 1. hand held gatsos, 2. caravans, 3. first sign of darkness, the front fog lights go on with just the side lights !! (MUST BE WIRED UP WRONG THEN EH?) 4. Hi, There is no rear speakers in my Zed, but the wiring is all laid in for them. Jap import if it makes any difference. Tall order I know, but does anybody know which wires are for the speakers behind the centre consul !!! Got the front left and the front right sorted, as well as the lecy aerial, posy, negy and memory feed. Main factory plug is still there, but been hacked by the previous owner so its all a bit of a mess !!! :cry: JVC going in, but I suppose thats irelevant. Just need to know which colours are for the right rear and the left rear, + & - on the speakers, behind the centre console please !! Thanx, Alan.......... :bow:

Iam a bouncer !! Sat & Sun nights at the local imbibing hole in Glasgow. I am 6ft, 15st, baldy, (through choice) no training in any martial arts, boxing or any of that dung. I do however have this uncanny knack of spotting what we up here call the "dobber". Yes I have hit people, but 80% of the time you can always talk them out of it. The worst ones are females !! :rolleyes: They will inflict more damage than most guys in an instant, and not even blink an eye !!! Most males will punch, kick, gouge, bite or even try to seduce you 1st !! The gals will just try to hurt you as much as possible, as often as possible ! I have 8 stitches behind my right ear where a wee lassie, who was pissed, and I asked too leave coz she ripped the tampon machine off the wall, calmly agreed, and when I escorted her too the door and put her in a taxi, she leaned over to say thanks and slashed me with a bic lady shave !!! :mac1: Cost her 2 front teeth the bitch !!!!
