Sharabi is any meat of your choice, usually chicken, marinated in a liquer or a spirit of your choice. Flavoured rice is the norm, peach, pineapple, grapefruit or whatever. Had me chicken with Jack Daniels, Glayva, Southern Comfort etc, etc. Tonight I chose Cointreau for a change. Delicious !!! Alan...........
