As I walked down the busy sidewalk, knowing I was late for an important interview, my eye fell upon one of those unfortunate, homeless vagabonds that are found in every city these days. Wearing what can only be describes as rags, carrying every worldly possession in two plastic bags, my heart was touched by this person's condition. Some people turned to stare. Others quickly looked away, as if the sight would somehow contaminate them. Recalling some long ago Sunday School admonition to "care for the sick, feed the hungry, and clothe the naked", I was moved by some powerful inner urge to reach out to this unfortunate person. Yes, where some people saw only rags, I saw a hidden beauty. A small voice inside my head called out, "Reach out, reach out and touch her !" No joke big fella, give this a try ! Relax in a hot bath with a lemsip, made from lemonade, not water. A bottle of red wine, something heavy, a red Merlot or summit. The hottest curry or chilli you can handle, 2 500ml Ibuprofen and then an early night. Apparently the red wine thins the blood and really lets the Ibuprofen do its job. You tend to sweat a tadge, but 2 nights in a row cured mine last week. Good luck ! :) Alan.......

Peter, At the start of this thread, I stated that it was my muslim friend who sent me the pics and images in the 1st place. I consider myself very lax as to religious faith. I am not an aithiast (spelling) but dont follow or practise any religion of any kind. Personally I cant understand how you can follow one type of religion and proudly tell the virtues of being a proud Roman Catholic, but at the same time go on the pill ??? Or a Christian, but say Freddie Mercury got the wrath of God ?? Or be a muslim, and change the Holy Words to suit your Cause. Sticking my neck out here, probably to get some flack, but I think religion is a bit of a pain in the ass. But each to their own I suppose. If a muslim woman wants to wear a veil, due to her religios beliefs, then so be it. But at the end of the day, it is still Britian we are talking about. Britian and British people are one of the most tolerant races on this Planet !! Try going to Afghanistan and opening a "HOOTERS" Dont think so !! :nono: But come over here and you can start a public demonstration about how bad, evil, etc the people of this country are, and you are protected !!
