  2. happy birthday mark have a good day bud!
  3. it wouldnt matter about the slave cylinder position, you just use a custom one off braided line direct from master-slave as you know :) starter motor, a new hole cutout by an engineer to adapt the 300zx z32 starter motor any transmission which comes from another car will need modding, so a special plate for the spacing of the bolts are required also a custom propshaft and finally gear lever would need to be re-designed
  4. if you hold a new pcv valve and shake it, it does rattle its nothing to worry about its the valve moving inside, you wouldnt normally hear a rattle though when running, but im sure its nothing sinister! greg

anyone at the meet today at the greyhound pub seen my mobile?, i had it there but since then its gone, so left at the pub, phone just rings and rings  its not the phone its the contacts on there, some i wont speak to again unless found  if anyone seen it etc can they let me know :) its a samsung d500 in black. or if anyones local enough to the pub to have a look, iv asked the pub via phone call but no one has handed it in, i remember last using it whilst talking to ady(turbopsychosis) since then no sign! thanks greg
  15. have a good day bud :duffer:
  16. air con belt.. slacken 14mm nut on front of ajustment pully, directly underneath there is a 12mm bolt, you need to have the car up to see it properly. Undo until pully wheel moves up this will then loosen the belt and can be removed with ease, replace the same way making sure the belt has sufficant tension P.S belt.. loosen 12mm ajuster nut on front of bracket, turn the crank around via pully 27mm socket required! So you can see the 14mm bolt through the centre of the power steering pump just loosen this slightly, from underneath the car look up and you will see a 12mm ajuster bolt loosen this right off now squeeze belt so it loosens, it may be tight so a pry bar in between PS pump and power steering bracket to move pump over enough to remove belt. alternator.. underneath slacken 12mm nut on back of alternator bracket, top of alternator there is a 17mm bolt loosen but dont remove, now back at bottom of alternator there is again a 12mm bolt loosen off a fair bit and knock alternator over so there is enough room to remove belt HTH greg
