Just got the car back from the sprayers and 2 probs 1/no mesh can fit in the centre under the no plate due to how flexible it is behind so my mate thinks i can get mesh to fit99spec :) 2/on removing the badly damaged bomex bumper there isent no where to fix the original splash guard that sits below the the air-con rad intercoolers,is it going to cause damage from stone chips rain water etc :( 3/one more thing is it ilegal to fit a small no plate the same size as james300 for EG. sorry to go on but its better than posting 2 or 3 greg :bow:

steve theres a set of intercoolers on ebay for £35 in good con im no expert but it probably restricts cold air but then again who hasent got stone chips on there intercoolers aircon rad and rad itself is there some sort of test on how much cool air is flowing through. greg

iv got an old scool hks t/timer to be honest i would of thought there isent much differance as they all do pretty much the same thing.

im a locksmith so keys are part of my every day life unfortunatly i owned a bmw before the z and if i wanted a spare i would of had to go through bmw £125 because of the transponder chip in the key piss take! if i wanted to to cut the key myself i would have to purchase a machine for £5000 to cut it :mad: thus enabling a rolling code key to work

Hi guys removed centre console to re-trim it and disturbed the rubber gator surrounding the gear shift on my manual gearbox. And i noticed when accelarating i get a whooshing noise right up to 3rd gear but if i press down on the gator it disapears is this normal and how can i cure it thanks. does air pass through the gearbox tunnel normally :confused: thanks greg :cool:

i think the police would want it visible so would have to be upright i seen that veilside on ebay i had that one and it lasted 2 weeks before it cracked in 3 places and was a booger to fit but looks very nice when painted in red :D

i will say one more thing guys in that when i tried to take a reading from the tps i presume it feeds to the ecu,from the ecu end of the wire i was getting 2.8v as i couldent see where to take a reading from the connector as the wires are covered?do u need to strip the wires for metal 2 metal contact :confused: greg
