the japanese are top people and there always having a laugh they love the english and we love there motors except scoobys coz im fed up with leaving them behind and they look like a sooped up mondeo!all imo of course.

yep i had a e36 bmw the back end is a sod in them,u can go round mc donalds carpark at 10mph and the backend would shoot out fookin thing,like u said the z is a bit more forgivable if you respect her! :) hope u get your lady back on the road soon and practice on a track till u master the old backend :cool:

theres a z on ebay for 1.4k 1 bid and its on a j-plate wtf looks ok cant see how m8ty is getting bids over 9k,ok its a uk low mileage car but i dont get whats so appealing about a uk over a j-spec,the japanese look after there cars better than us brits anyway!cheaper on the insurance who gives a f**K just to save £50etc :rolleyes:

i was taking the centre console out to finish re trimming the interior,and to my joy i found 10 yen yipee :) worth about 2p i expect?it was jammed between the rubber gaitor surrounding the gear shift,maybe it was left by some japanese guy,if the gearbox needed re-conditioning lol :p has any one found japanese currency in there import!! all the best greg im off on holiday for a week :D but with out the z :mad:

you can get a new clutch from courtesy nissan link http://www.courtesyparts.com but as your clutch is warn you may as well get an rks clutch upgrade available in the traders section! after shipping and handling your gona pay just as much for a standard clutch kit,as it would cost for a much better piece of kit ;) also do a search for idle probs as it could be quite a few differant things good luck

i was coming on to the m5 going southbound behind a bmw m3 e46 he knew i was there so i held the revs at around 3000rpm,icouid see he was up for it so he booted it! then i did,not only left him behind but also the traffic that was ajourning the slip road. :rofl: bye bye mr 37k mine cost 5k so f**K u and bikes always want to race coz they now the car is fast but most of them i let by!respect to the men/women on 2 wheelz differant kettle of fish :cool:

after looking in rad noticed rusty crappy looking water probably not been changed for 10yrs lol found it easier to remove the radiator itself,that way you can tip it up and flush all the s**t out of the bottom,as iwas replacing the viscous fan it made it easier to remove with rad at same time! ba**ard to get off,had to crank the engine to get to the underside of the nuts,big thankyou to smw1[stu] for the viscous coupling,she aint whinning anymore bud!. to top it off though,i noticed one of the ancillary belts was warping over the side,after i put the rad back in and attached all the pipework,dident want to have to pulll it back out to slacken off the tension,so got 2 large pry hooks and after loosing skin off my knuckles managed to get it back on phew. :D now there is only 62 jobs to do on the zed :rofl: its nice to be able to do some jobs yourself rather than £35 p/h labour from a mechanic ;)

Maybe it just needs dropping 20mm to fill the arches lol,how much more work have u got to do mate to finish the new engine etc? :cool:

Its great to big up such a great car it was only the other day i was out in the company car my mate phoned me up to see if i was at home!i said no,then idecided to go home.He only bought his mate round to look my car over knowing i was out,poor blokes got a nova he can always dream :tongue: and getting a sun tan without even leaving the car,which is great for a lazy b**t**d like me :p
