things people forget bud, is there sometimes missing important items in aiding cooling :wack: believe it or not, majority of zed's iv seen or worked on are missing the undertray underneath the radiator! as the fan blows air over the fins of the radiator what happens to the air with no undertray! it blows directly under the car, especially on runs of course. this goes the same for the shroud on both upper and lower to the radiator, again people think you dont need them! So if there not there the air is no longer held in a reservoir it goes up over the engine. so if your 300 has the following the likelyhood of ever needing an electric fan is not nec undertray fan shrouds working viscous fan (the blades crack over time, and also the viscous may fail regular coolant changes, NOT just water, seen to many times its not good. services thermostat/waterpump/check of all hoses koyo radiator :bow: Hot days its worth adding a bottle of water wetter it does work :duffer: check for blockages to the intakes around the front of the car no good having a tip top cooling systym with tesco carrier bags sucked in your front bumper :smash: air con removal if your not bothered about it, or you dont use it a fair few degrees can be dropped on the cooling systym, not essential but depends on what you like may of missed things, but its common sense really greg services thermostat/waterpump/check of all hoses greg
