to reduce the size if you have photoimpression or similar you can go in to my pictures from there reduce the size and resave it ;)
  8. if you have an auto, you will need to remove the oil cooler lines from the radiator to the cooler pipes drain engine oil remove filter[which you dont need to do on a manual]remove gearbox bracket from driverside to gain acsess to the torque convertor bolts theres 4 of them which you need to seperate from the torque convertor-ringgear other than that its the same as a the manaul transmission ;)
  9. just a note if you mean your getting this noise whilst driving through 1st and second, sounds like road noise, then it will be a worn rubber cover which may have come loose or split under the gearshift remove centre section and check gators, replace damaged ones,v common
  10. it could well be the release bearing as you say, more than likely due for a new clutch aswell whilst your at it ;) could also be gearbox layshaft but my moneys on the above, normally a worn layshaft noise dissapears when gearbox gets warm

  18. the cam profiles are slightly differant and having a manual conversion, having the auto cams it would be seen as an improvement, but as said if the car aint running 100% which it clearly isent then other things need to be checked boost leaks, damaged hoses, timing and so on
