  4. Poor Jody, he's just a big gay teddy bear...lol
  5. Thanks for your kind words bud. We do have a fantastic membership and its that that makes the club the place to be. Without members like yourself the place just wouldn't be what it is.. :) I add my thanks to you all. Ps. Your welcome for the help on giving rep mate :thumbup1:
  6. Have fun bud. I'm gutted that i can't go this year. There's lots of people I'd like to meet face to face, you and Jody for a start. Hopefully next year.
  7. Green button at the top right of each post mate :) HTH
  8. The COTM entry thread for September is now open for subbed members :saddam: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?172137-COTM-September-2013-Entry-Thread
  9. They're pretty easy to fit bud. Just push down the copper outer sheath to expose the plastic core, cut a bit of the plastic to expose the wire and screw the connector on to the cable as far as it will go.
  10. You'll see the correct size mate. One is standard ariel size and the other is smaller, for sky boxes etc. Judging by your pic I'd say you need the satellite sky box size.
  11. You've done well mate and proved that it's not just a fad for you. Been on your health kick for while now and you've done great sticking to it. I always end up letting that sort of thing slip.
  12. That's exactly what it is mate, required to stop back pressure I believe.
  13. Well done mate, your making excellent progress bud :thumbup1:
  14. Have you tried getting a pry bar and seeing if there is any side to side play on that wheel? It might be something like a worn bush or balljoint causing your problem.
  15. Thanks for the info mate, I didn't know that. I always thought they were better than jubilee clips. But I can't deny that with the jubilee clip not having changed since they were invented years and years ago, they must be more than up to the job. I think the biggest problem is that a lot of people just reuse old rusty ones that are past their best. I'm guilty of that (not on the zed though!) and I've also tightened them to far and broken them.
  16. I haven't noticed that with mine, but I will keep an eye out for it.
  17. I use these type clamps as I think they give a better all round tightness than standard jubilee clips. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/W2-MIKALOR-Stainless-Supra-Heavy-Duty-Hose-Clamp-Exhaust-Pipe-Turbo-Clamps-Norma-/270925381673?pt=UK_DIY_Material_Nails_Fixing_MJ&var=&hash=item3f14694029
  18. lol. put put BANG. Is the norm I think. :)
  19. I've got silicon SFS ones too. Haven't had a problem so far but I really should have gone for the lower hard pipe section, just for piece of mind. I don't want to suffer from the suction pinch that you can get from old/weaker pipe.
  20. Just watched it bud and it certainly looks like him!
