  1. Welcome matey :)
  2. Must admit I like both, my first zed was grey and it looked really good in the flesh but then black is the best (and fastest!) colour.lol
  3. It's a topic that has been discussed many times mate, have a search and you will find loads of advice.
  4. Getting the petrol tank out is a fairly easy job just requires a fair bit of unbolting. The main areas you need to undo are the two bolts that that secure the straps to rear of the car, the next set of bolts are around the filler neck (6 of them). Once these are undone open the inspection panel in the boot and pull off the fuel and breather pipes going in to the top of the tank and disconnect the pump wires. The tank will now come off. Support the tank with a trolley jack while doing this, you may need to lower the tank slightly to get better access to the pipes on the top. Re-fitting is just the reverse. HTH Steams

  11. As Tudor says; Just run some wires from the numberplate bulbs. They will then come on with the headlight switch.

  17. iirc there's been either no gains had or it's caused problems for the people that have done it.
  18. When I was thinking about that bracket just before re-installing my balance bar, and at first I thought it went under the bar! Soon realised I'd gone a bit mad and put it on top as it should be.lol
  19. I felt the disturbance in the force mate and that called me back
  20. Had a couple of weeks off the forum with just the occasional pop in. Did you all miss me?? lol. Have I missed anything?
  21. The only plugs on the diff you need to worry about are the ABS sensors on each side. The UK loom has these connections so you don't need to change over to the jdm one. Just tuck the spare connectors away or blank them off.
  22. awesome beast mate, be careful with them 75 horses hitting the front wheels. That sort of power will leave you breathless!! lol
