Have you still got that duff gearbox? If so can't you use the main shaft to align the clutch?

It fell out the front of my headlight when I had the glass off for cleaning. Can't say for sure but I think it fell out of the mainbeam side. Have a feeling its something to do with the adjustment of the beam.....

MJP and price varies but around the £19 mark.

It's very easy to swap them over, just undo the two pipes connecting it and the three bolts securing it into the rad cross member. Then attach your mocal one. Job done.

I can say in all honesty that boot space never crossed my mind when buying a zed, that's what my vectra estate is for. As for shorty's having a better rear end, when looked at from behind you can't tell the difference between a swb or an lwb so again no.

no worries mate, if you follow the pipes they go under the the back of the wheel arch covers. You can remove it all if you want. There is also a solenoid in the engine bay that connects the AIV to the balance bar. All can be removed if you wanted to.
