  1. That's worth cashing in then :sailor:
  2. Not sure on 31's mate, maybe some kind of safe mode? The z32 will restrict boost if it detects problems like det etc.
  3. That's cheap, my Draper one was £20 from the bay.
  4. I got myself a little oil transfer pump from ebay cost about a fiver. Just don't put it in the bottle of oil the wrong way round, like I did  Blew oil everywhere!
  5. what you know him??
  6. I've never changed the DPF, it's supposed to recharge on it's own. Don't know if it has though?
  7. I used to get around 54mpg in my vec oil burner but that's dropped down to about 30mpg now. The only things I've done are clean the turbo sensor and put a can of 10k through it. The engine is running fine and it boosts as it should but the mpg is crap. At first I thought it was the DPF but it should have recharged by now. Oh, and I'm not being heavy on the right foot either. Anyone have any ideas as whats going on?
  8. Plus there was a lot of snobbery around the word "Nissan" in the UK at the time. This is what killed it of early here.
  9. looks like a fun project mate, good luck.
  10. Yeah, I'm left thinking HTF did he do that?? Bloke is amazing.
  11. Mikey will love that
  12. Welcome to the best car club on t'internet mate :)
  13. spoilsport! you've ruined it now

  15. Welcome matey :) If you wanted to keep your a/c then secondhand parts are the way forward. But, as said a lot of people have just ditched there's. Mainly as a weight and fuel saving measure. It doesn't really affect power as the a/c is turned off under hard acceleration. Yellow can be a very nice colour on zed's but it does suffer from fading under the sun.
  16. A payment of £20 to Join the club as a full member mate.
  17. Have you got the DTA lines that run from the calliper to the hard pipes then?
  18. Yeah, he's just an attention seeking git, probably trying to hard for the lasses on that evo forum
  19. No mate, the ECU makes it's adjustments to fuel and timing etc from a variety of sensors, the o2 sensors are very important to this process. EDIT: Think your mistaking the lambda (o2) sensors for the Cat temp ones found on JDM's
  20. I'll try it again tomorrow, weather permitting lol.
  21. No mate the only code I'm getting is 55. Car is off the road at the mo' being rebuilt, so can't drive it on the road yet. The figures for the other sensors seem to be OK. I'll have another read of the manual. But I may as well replace the right hand o2 as well. Thanks for the help dude
  22. Temp was at 60deg at time, but it doesn't make any difference if it's at 80deg either. Here's a pic of it at idle The voltage on the left o2 seems high, but it's not pulsing.
