I'm supposed to be getting a max download of 76Mbps and an upload of 20Mbps. It used to be 40Mbps down and 10 up but BT will double the speed free if you take out another years contract with them. I've only just had it installed so not a problem renewing the week old contract for me. Problem is my speed is all over the place but on average it's around 6Mbps download and 15 up.

yeah, I used a few but this one is supposed to be the most accurate one. I was just wondering if I was the only one getting strange results. I'm having severe problem with my internet connection since I had BT Infinity installed. They are supposed to be working on it but I haven't heard anything since Saturday :( Is that Infinity 2 mate i.e. 76/20?

Welcome Matey :) For 1k you will be getting a rough one that needs a lot of work doing. You would be better spending around the 3k mark and getting a good one. Great as these cars are they will quickly bleed your wallet dry.

I've had these drop links on for over a year and although the car hasn't moved around much, I haven't had a problem with them and they are still rust free. Like Dave said though, If i did have a problem I would just swap them with oem ones.

Why not just use your smart phone to connect the laptop to the web?

Can you try this internet speed tester and see if you get the same results as you did before? I'm trying to work out whether it's that site that's causing me wildly different results every time or my ongoing BT infinity problem. I don't need to know what your results are just whether or not your speed keeps jumping about. The way I read it it would seem that it's the Carbon Canister pipe that you pull off. Pass side rear of the balance bar, small pipe. But make sure that the mot station is testing your zed with a basic emissions test and not the full cat test. All pre 94 zed's regardless of being an import or not should only have to pass the basic test.

You never know mate, you might have a jdm tailgate with the wiring ready to go, then happy days. lol

It can be done but you would have to take a feed from the rear lights back up and through the tailgate down to the brake light. Apart from feeding the wires through it's a very easy wiring job mate. HTH

If you have a UK then probably not. Some do but I suspect it's more likely that they have had a JDM tailgate put on at some time in the past.
