  1. Looks much better now :)
  2. oh, er missus
  3. Just about every job I've done on my zed I've managed to injure myself somehow, including smacking myself in the jaw with a 2lb ball bearing loaded rubber mallet! That smarted a bit. lol I've also managed to snort a small washer up my nose when t I was under the car putting a wire on a oil pressure sender. There's probably more of my blood on the zed than I've got in my body
  4. Gloves and a plaster ya big wuss  It's a good job we do heal really mate, otherwise I'd look like something from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
  5. Does make a massive difference doesn't it. lol Any pics?
  6. You may have a small leak in your clutch booster? Or maybe a problem with the one way valve on the vac line... assuming you have one that is. lol
  7. We did have a chat room but nobody used it..
  8. sorry to hear this mate, get well soon.
  9.:lol::lol: thats quite funny mate..
  10. Congrats Baz. Have you started the car with your cup in your holder yet? lol
  11. I would be bloody furious, they are supposed to be fixing your car not joy riding for 70miles. Demand to speak to the manager and ask him what he is going to do about it. If he just brushes you off then tell him you will be reporting it to the Police.
  12. Good news mate, I was wondering how you would sort this as all my ideas involved removing the door card. lol I you haven't already done so, I would spray some wd40 into the lock face, there may have been a bit of crap in there sticking, and if not it won't hurt :) Gary; Leprechauns mate, I would put a trap out to catch the little bugger.
  13. Yeah, the one I did is for the zed and is just a collection of what people have done to theirs.....
  14. Yeah, I use vaseline when my piles are playing up :)
  15. How long you had then on mate? Reason I ask is that I had pzero nero's on my GSi and the lasted about 2000 miles before I had to replace them :( Great grip but shite endurance.
  16. That's really useful mate, have some rep.
  17. Best of luck mate, just make sure they're not testing it as a 350..
  18. I don't think they are set in stone mate but I've always thought of it as the following; Stage 1; Decat, Cone filter, EBC, Chipped ecu, upped boost to 14psi BHP anything from 320 to 380 Stage 2; Under drive pulleys, lighter flywheel, forged pistons, Bigger tubs, bigger injectors and a full flow exhaust. Plus a bit of weight loss, around 400 -500 approx Stage 3; Even bigger tubs, Stand alone management, bigger injectors, nos, massive weight loss etc. 500+ These are how I think of the stages but I'm sure that there are a lot of other bits I've missed out on. And the bhp figures are just guestimates really.
  19. Could be a few things, leaky oil pan seal, oil pump leaking etc. Best get it on a ramp and find out where it's coming from mate.
  20. Yeah could be, I was going off the angle of the plug and it doesn't look like it would reach. Either, or Mr Slapper it doesn't matter since you're not using either..
  21. O2 is closer to the engine loom mate and on the other side of the brake booster.
  22. looks to be the stock boost sensor mate, plugs in under the boost sensor (at a right angle to the fuse block) HTH
