  1. The output from the speed sensor goes through the clocks before getting to the ECU, therefore interrupt that and speed sensitive power steering is likely to be affected.
  2. Just crunchy at high revs in and out of 4th (usually).
  3. I have UK Series I clocks in a Jap Series II car and they work fine. But as above, I also had to swap the Series I clocks into the Series II casing for the plugs to fit.
  4. I had MT90 in my old manual box which didn't completely fix the problem. I put Silkolene fully synth something or other in my new one, which has been fine so far.
  5. Well it should happen automatically ! But anyway, you are labelled as a Registered user - but with a lower case 'r', so I suspect that your user label has been edited manually.
  6. The ones I know about are listed here :- http://www.300zx.org.uk/ecu_codes.htm It is a little vague but I would start with checking the connector to the CAS.
  7. It's possible but hard work and the looms (at least RHD ones) are seldom available now. Most people solder new connectors on for the injectors, coil packs and other sensors.
  8. Well they will support 2000kg and a Z is around 15-1600kg
  9. Degreaser is just a detergent, like someone said, Fairy liquid and hot water. But soak up any excess oil with cement dust first. My drive is gravel, so I just kicked it around a bit and it disappeared.
  10. You need a detergent, bleach won't do a very good job and will probably leave marks of it's own, albeit clean ones.
  11. Me and Karen for the Sunday. Both cars for the parade lap. Cheers
  12. The marvel of automated forum database updates via Paypal !
  13. People who cut lanes on roundabouts
  14. Love it. Don't understand the pathetic censorship though. In fact I hadn't even worked out that they censored "ass" until I heard that version ....
  15. OK thanks. I'll sort it out if you've paid early. Cheers Andy
  16. Also used parcel2go, been fine all three times.
  17. Areas tend to vary, depends on when last set of photos were taken and when they get normalised and merged in to the image library by Google. So anything for a couple of months to a number of years.
  18. Can't remember now, it was years ago, but I suspect they were the original headlight bulbs or something like that. They fitted in the hole and I probably made new connectors.
  19. How did all that rust get fitted ! ;)
  20. I put a pair of old 55w headlight bulbs in mine.
  21. Could do tonight if you want, or Friday or anytime over the weekend. I'll email you my number.
  22. I've got a spare spacesaver you can use.
  23. To be honest the charges are very inconsistent. Somewhere there is a government web page which tells you what it ought to be.
