  1. AG2 is red ! (ugh!) - shame 'cause Ag would have made sense ... Anyway :- http://www.ttzd.com/tech/colorstech.html http://www.ttaz.org/tech/colors/
  2. Isn't it AG2 ? It's on the VIN plate anyway.
  3. Yeah, beginning to look like it.
  4. Well I guess it's no longer a 70% cut, but they are creaming it on the VAT. Will be interesting to see how much of a revolt there will be when the government goes for it's additional 2p per litre fuel escalator tax that it planned for September/October. Obviously, they won't need to do it because they will have made more than that up on the VAT due to the price increases, but there again by then it will be so expensive that we may not notice .... Where this really hits is if you have oil heating as that only has 5% VAT and no additional tax. A few years ago I paid as little as 9.5p per litre, today it's over 55p per litre - that hurts when you have to buy 2500 litres at a time !
  5. Error codes are shown here :- http://www.300zx-twinturbo.com/s.manual/at/047.gif So it's either, no problem, or rev (speed?) sensor.
  6. Not sure there is much they can do about it, apart from impose a windfall tax on the oil companies of course ...
  7. http://www.richersounds.com/productlist.php?cda=productlist&sgroup=PLASMA It's also worth signing up for their VIP price list - can have some very good deals occasionally.
  8. Are the speakers the correct impedance for the amp ?
  9. Yep, it was Russ, hence the 300zxstyling.co.uk website, but he's been busy with real work recently and consequently has been rather elusive.
  10. Have you checked tyre pressures ?
  11. No, that's PaulC.
  12. Mine has never failed, had it since 1998.
  13. Sounds a bit of a squeeze, but you do want them to fit snugly in the pipe and not disappear down it !
  14. Account updated - thanks and welcome !
  15. In terms of rolling radius you have the best match for 17" rims, to bring you closest to the original 16". And I would guess the widths are just about right too, although that can vary with tyre manufacturer/design.
  16. Erm, not a Skyline model expert, but I thought the GTR was a higher spec model than the GTS. Someone to confirm please ...
  17. That is the usual story, although I know of some exceptions. Anyway, unless you're planning on significantly more than 500bhp then the standard pump should be fine. Dunno about the aftermarket one you have though ...
  18. It provides basically the same effect as when people refer to a 'fast road' gearbox. Anyway, make sure you have an aftermarket oil cooler on there other wise you will probably end up replacing the gearbox sooner rather than later.
  19. I just use the "New Posts" button, so don't take a great deal of notice of what is posted where, unless I haven't been on for a while, them I'm a bit more selective.
  20. Std 350Z discs are 324mm. Skyline R33 GTR are the same diameter but the offset is different.
  21. No, but I do chip ECUs - there is a difference.
  22. They are secure as long as you turn the security on, some have it off by default but this practice is becoming less common.
  23. You mean you have a Blitz ECU without a Blitz map ? - well that's not a Blitz then is it, it's a Nissan ECU with a JD map.
  24. If it needs mapping then you have the wrong one ! ;) Seriously though, unless the spec doesn't match what you have then it should be fine.
  25. You must have watched "The Worlds Fastest Indian"
