damm never even realised, just assumed it was cold as its right at the front so pure cold air hits the intercooler, then the air filter behind, as i have an open 'mouth' front bumper..

so u mean the air intake is sucking in warm air basically?

is it bad/a problem to run an air filter with this setup, mine is exactly the same...

fuel gauge is broken, 75 miles is nearly 1/2 tank on mine :-)

Are the normal spark plugs ok at higher boost rates, ie upgrading to 14/15 psi and also is there a 'wrong type' to get if running higher boost?

funny, i was messing with that very thing today.

new problem, at idle sometimes the engine revs itself to over 1.3k then stays there, may drop every so on, and sometimes may not evn do it, what the hell is going on???? car isnt overheating. just to rule that out. and it does idle stabely... but at either standard, 800rpm or for some strange reason 1.3-1.5k rpm

basically, the hicas system cuts in at about 75 and gradually turns the wheels further and further right, and right only causing the car to basically crab up the road, the higher the speed the more the angle.... how do i fix this. and/or what is the cause? its definately hicas as when i disconnect the hicas connector in the engine bay (disable hiscas) the problem goes away..

lets see who has the most boost at 8psi, all i can run at the minute :(

DAMM 300zx 666, your killing me :-( you know what i meant, non looking for work individuals! please stop making me feel bad now, and not to attack your point, but ive always been taught to live via your means. for example not to get out a big loan/ finance deal on a porcshe or expensive car etc then struggle, but to buy the things you/I can afford, sure its less fun, but its also alot easier on wallet and self stress levels. its more a case of the situation people put themselves in, then choose to moan, when quite easily with small scarifices they could be better off all round, yes there are exceptions to this, but thats just how i do things, each to their own fella. and i wish you all the best with your health.

john dixon or z world chip are supposed to be good for around 370 hp and 400lb/ft torque...

stellaZ ive heard they are, there are youtube vids to support this too, imagine being in a Z and some Derv burns you off. LOL id be killing myself.
