the shape civic u mentioned is slower than the old type r, and that thing is fast as fuc*. pointless conversation until both cars are side by side. na quick revving light hatch, vs heavy laggy 300zx..... i know where id put my money in a race.

civic would win, things are el rapido. dont worry about the max hp figures, these things put down power in a ridiculous manner.

i used undercarpet felt, and sound deadening material on mine. Hugely recommend it, makes the car so much nicer inside, sound wise. didnt think it would work to be honest but now im glad i did it, took about 5 hours all in all, including removing all parts, interior, cutting gluing, and refitting the whole interior.

think its an N/A ecu to be honest as the car was an Na.

done my whole car few months back, boot, doors, floor, under rear tray, behind the 1/4 panels, the lot, made a HUGE HUGE difference, harldy and road/wind or tyre noise now, and it sounds solid 'like a golf' (from the advert) when doors or boot are closed.

Det sensor affecting mpg? new one on me mate, can anyone confirm this. also from past experience shorty TTs are crap on fuel, whats yours like bud?

thanks Mikey, had my T top off at least 10 times in the last month, it hasnt rained during the day/evening for like 3.5 weeks, and in the last 2 weeks its been 15-20 degrees, and stupidly sunny. loving the car at the minute, just wanna get with the rest of the Z crew, me and marty (gonzo) have been all over the place lately.

weathers been good for ages now gents. when we goona whip these motors out and go cruising :-):taz: used mine daily, Survived the winter, snow, ice, now T top off time whhhhhhhhhhhhhhooooooooo yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.:gun_bandana:

what are the negative effects to a bad/old battery in general?

any specs on these turbos? i'll have them, if the specs are right.

had them on conzult, and car is massively overfueling. just hoping to regain reasonable fuel usage as mine is horrendous, i have unplugged them but its no better.

also tudor once you did your did you notice and difference in performance? ie fuel usage/ engine running ?

yea they're crap round here. and kwik fit only fit their own parts.

is it as simple as just unscrew them and fit new ones, three garages round here say its too difficult, and dont really have the time for the 250 mile round trip to Zworld....

nope,. my fuel gauge just isnt broken. 150-170 to full tank my man 70-80 quid depends how low i let it get.

got a few friends that drift 300zx's equipped with skyline motors though :-(
