No worries , Im slightly ahead of ya , lol done oil change, filters , coolant ,odd bush hear and there all belts next:rolleyes: I plan to change my oil very 3000mls so it's due again soon!:eek:

Iv'e heard it mentioned it's not essential every time but for the price of it and the fact i did'nt know when mine was last changed i' just changed it anyway got 2 free washers last time at nissan when got my filter (so if you get really stuck you can have that one) am sure it's a pretty common washer though so as said plumber would my first call after Nissan:):)

where did you get the filter from ?, i'd also taske a look at the one you already have fitted if u are struggling to get one! they only really need to be changed every 3/4 times

Im sure someone posted a reply in a thread not long ago , and they where listed as 2 seperate part No's ?? with and /without brake light ? Nice one though if you only ordered the standard one !

Yes that looks to be the one with brake light so will have a transparant outer surface so light shine's through ! It's more expensive than the standard one >(ie: no light , just strip)

I've had a couple of metro's in the past as a main driver ! (with somthing in reserve for the weekend) worked well and i narrowed my future choice to a suzuki swift or colt, but decided on a colt, ie: -97/98 reg just like the looks:)

off hand can think of original front indicators (amber),brand new-fuel filter, springs and shocks(front & rear). Prob got a few other things also:)
