  1. The exhaust in the second pic was a Magnex SS, DTM style, that car's still going as a track car as far as i know and had way more mods since:eek: it's just the Z iv'e got now:nana2: ps: i'll amend the pics now so they dont show large, dont want them boggin down ur advice thread;)

Also on the autobox oil cooler subject, I am sure i remember reading you can also use the engine oil cooler to replace the smaller j-spec auto cooler and then fit a aftermarket engine one ?? i plan to do this soon'ish as heard the smaller j spec one's can loose there cooling capacity at higher rpm for long periods would be good if i could have the above confirmed though:D and also apologies for the slight thread hi-jack

  4. got mine mid last year so was 26 Just ! had a few bigger cars before that loved my datsun 280zx had a 924,944,xj6 3.2s and a few bm's etc and although i've said this a thousand times before> i'm gonna keep this one:cool:

  10. mmmmhhhhh that's prob rarther close to the truth:rofl: there's a few in the local area (ie on the site), but dont see em on the rd much or even know if they have a working Z anymore:( seen a really nice modded (N reg) Z on a nearby industrial estate not long ago but never seen it again since , im gonna card it next time;)

    I'd be putting at least (97) ron in , but im not saying this will solve ur' prob i've read on so many threads that 97 is best for j-spec as they are mapped to run on higher than 95 ?? With mod's i'd put 97 in any way , but im sure all dont!! I have a j spec n/a and it always has 97 or 98 in it hth:D plus have a search there where some recent threads on the matter;)

  18. I received a letter from them yesterday , asking me to re-join (last car i had with them was capri mk3:rolleyes:) When i phoned them they mentioned about 5 breakdowns a year thing. Sounded rarther good ! Im gonna have to check the small print now though!:rofl:
