there should be 2 screws on the stalk if i remember (ages since i did mine) there is also a screw on the underside of the main button to release the park it should then pull out (careful as its spring loaded) then the wires are self explanatory i can't remember if the screws are hidded behind a small cover but get the auto stick into 2nd and you should see it clearly

when i removed mine as they all are TIGHT i left the nut on by a few threads then give it some serious pulling, and with the nut left on you dont end up with a steering wheel in your top lip :headvswal it WILL come off m8, just needs patience :smash:

lol some people do get stressed over things i bought the set 2 christmas's ago for my lad, apart from being in a tin and the binders making an image the contents of the discs are no different from the normal retails, same as buying a graphics card you know 3-4 months later its out of date, any electrical product is obsolete when it hits your living room, biger con are the music artists who release their cd, then with dvd, then a few months later with extra tracks, then remastered etc etc etc lol thats life mate, if your a bond fan buy a bigger tin :tongue: also some of the bond films AREN'T in the set

Ive just said the same to Legrath via pm i have at the moment got a double din dvd/mp3/tv/ optional sat nav installed with 7" screen but screen has gone funny, so i have another screen on the dash, plus road angel sat nav plus a road pilot, good job i aint ronnie corbett cos i wouldnt see out the window :rolleyes: only thing i'd like to keep is the dvd player, as i tend to play music dvds and a bonus when sophie ellis bextor etc appears :dance:

the sat nav?? have you tapped into the speed pulse? as i had a designated sat nav that when i went via the speed pulse effected my steering/speedo, so running a road angel naviagtor at the moment, was thinking about getting this http://www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/product_detail.jsp?product_id=10319&taxonomy_id=25-111 as it came installed in the wives car, but put me off the hassle i had before whats the advantages of the karputer and cost? ease of install? and where from? thanks in advance:)

actually LOOKS a tidy car, mentions the prop shaft bearing being a common problem, so probably knows about them, as the car was first registered in 1997, hardly likely this seller is trying to hoodwink anyone? and the price it's at at the moment doesn't really matter what year as long as you know what your buying;)

it WAS pretty easy for a trader to state the car was registered in japan later than it was ie state a 1991 was '94 etc, ive actually stated one was a few months older to avoid the sva i had a late 94 that by a few months needed an sva, and at that time the import papers were VERY hard to decipher so wasn't hard, believe it or not dvl used to check this more than making a car newer than it really was, all import papers have changed so is VERY hard to do now, but i know it's still done, usually it's only the people that know the model (ie as above) who get on to it, so always worth checking a newly imported car and doing your homework on specs;)

don't be dancing to quick, :tongue: before you know it you'll be racing a fiesta, and took round shit loads of boring places in london, and if that don't work you'll be locked in a room and beaten up until you agree not to make a statement :tongue:
