Cat D cars
depends where you buy them m8 ie people often get the right to retain their own car so keep the log book even if not, you just apply to dvla and no questions asked you usually find its older cars that are cat A B C as they are not economical for the insurer's, my mate has recently rebuilt a galaxy that was wiped out front end, but was still only cat D because of the value rebuilt and never went near dvla;)

Slip Slidey Chair
are you sure the back of the seat is back in the right position? ie you havnt left something on the seat where the back meets the seat? as i think the locks will only engage when the seat goes back, otherwise try altering the positions of the seat until it works, it only works on pins, so its not a major fix

Z32 TT Auto box
id have to agree if your gonna up your boost and seriously mod then don't neglect the box bit like keep buying new tyres and not bothering with balancing/tracking but still expect the same life out of them i do know someone who had 2 2ND HAND boxes again to me false econemy, as your buying someone else's problems and who knows what life they had?

Z32 TT Auto box
but had or driven one m8?? i will never voice an opinion about the manual in the zx cos ive never had one but seen many posts about uprated clutches etc maybe a few who have done conversions, who are not happy, but A LOT more who are perfectly happy with the auto, starting on my third year with mine, never been driven like a limo either, but just had its 2nd fluid change a thing most people forget;) also i think there are far more auto cars on this forum, so % wise it follows........... so not to sure about the not many people sing their praises bit??
-
Z32 TT Auto box
are they? no worse than any other auto and considering the power they can handle probably better than most, and like any other zx part looked after will last the life of the car, abuse it and drive like a knob then don't be surprised at the outcome;)

Anyone seen this? Sounds odd to me
"He tried to put the car into neutral but the gears were jammed. " i have had a jag stuck in high revs when the kickdown cable jammed, i managed to get it to a standstil by STANDING on the brakes lol, then just switching off as it slowed, mine was in a country road with loads of bends :headvswal so reckon would be far easier to control on the motorway but deffo not a nice experience

Woman problems?????
i know i'll ask advice on the internet, from people ive never met, don't know my girl or any of our circumstances, and on a car forum whether you should put her or the car first, maybe that tells you summat  my missus is that laid back i reckon she falls over twice a week, BUT i don't ask her advice on cars, she don't ask me what furniture to buy, but if i had a problem SHE would be the first and only person i would talk to, worked for many a year and we don't do arguements but as i said i don't know you or her, just one thought though lol you havn't even bought a zx yet so happy days ahead :x:

have to agree with Mac stop fiddling and get it looked at by an "expert" could save you a lot of cash and heartache, may cost you a few ££s but may save you a hell of a lot more, especially if your thinking of breaking it:( or leave it as it as we'll miss your daft posts

NZR. Trying to quit
a lot of doctors have that policy m8, it's to see how committed you are (don't shoot the messanger) my wifes is the same, whereas mine in the same health centre prescribes it i went to mine and said i wanted a prescription but was prepared to pay, and he said no need, i then ordered some online for the missus so if you REALLY want to give up m8, loads of online places you can buy, not exactly cheap but worth it for the benefits;)

Putting files onto psp
for films m8 you need to create a new folder called mp_root next to the main psp folder but not in it, next create a folder within the MP_ROOT folder called 100mnv01 and its in this folder you move any of the mp4 files into my lads is a jap psp, and we've never got round to sorting the films/games there are LOADS of forums with walkthroughs etc and how to alter firmware etc;)
