  1. as i said m8 i don't remember ANYONE slating the engine just the ugly kit that surrounded it and the word your looking for is "sense"
  2. high horse again :nelson: AS FAR AS I REMEMBER? not ONE person slated the engine just the horrible body that was wrapped round it bit like miss world and jade goody, they both have the same kit just one is presented better than the other :nelson: oh yes and jades bit of kit up top seems to be in need of an engine swop
  3. its a case of some do some don't m8 some were saying na's did tt's didn't on early ones but others said theirs did, so i don't THINK you can point at a year and say it will deffo have or not btw if you are going that far to drain the oil, I PERSONALLY would also drop the sump, as the metal mesh filter should be cleaned for the sake of half hour extra a blocked filter could be a nightmare;)
  4. best to contact Danny http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=61682&highlight=apexi as for them being the gucci lol, aint a clue but certainly cured my problems and car runs like a good 'un so giorgio armani for me :nelson: ps before any says twin doesn't give you any advantage powerwise i know, but system does the job at a bit more cost so good enuff for me;)
  5. forgot to say after all my problems i actually fitted these lol obviously the first picture needs the other apexi fitting, i took the photo when it arrived the other photo is from the forum good system as they point UP
  6. the apexi IF your not sealed properly (ie no splash guard and headlight panel not sealed) will also cause problems in the wet m8 luckily after the coughing sputtering i got away with sealing everything properly and (touch wood) not had a problem since:)
  7. a lot of people don't like cliffords BUT i would say your fighting a losing battle with a fitter who doesn't have a clue, any alarm is only good/bad if its been fitted properly i wouldn't dream of trying to give you advice as god knows what he has done heres the info that MAY help you http://www.clifford.com/guides/ogs/primestart650_owners.pdf http://www.clifford.com/guides/other.asp 1) Does the Clifford's immobiliser work with your existing Turbo Timer? (i.e is the starter motor working or dead?) (YES IF FITTED PROPERLY) 2) Does the central locking work by your key and inner door switch? (YES IF FITTED PROPERLY) 3) Does anyone have a circuit diagram of the Clifford 650? (or know where I can get one?) (SEE ABOVE)

  13. have to agree, why cause waves? shrug it off m8 be different if you were getting done for something problem is they are A BIG family yes he was a twat, and muppets like him shave their arses and walk on their hands, a complaint is gonna get what response?? "yes sir you committed what offence? your being prosecuted for?" a pain in the arse having to produce, but just my opinion you've done nothing, nothing is gonna come from it, so why make yourself noticed and with 9 points you can't afford any spiteful shits maybe looking for you m8;) save the complaint for a good 'un :nelson:

  15. maybe wise m8, only wanted it for the world cup plus the dual lnbs before only allowed 2 boxes, so 3 boxes now so she can tape her own rubbish :nelson: there is murder going on over installs being put back, some as far as august the engineer rang yesterday and SAID he would be here between 8-9am at 12pm no show so i rang sky and they said he had called in sick so i rang back and blagged that was funny cos i rang the mobile he rang on and he answered, 2 mins' later another engineer rang to say he had a cancelled job and would come here instead, so not sure if it was a coincidence, otherwise it was rebooked for thursday, which knowing sky may take them that long to switch the poxy card on
  16. well it's installed :hyper: :hyper: buggered i know how good it is YET as it takes UP to 4 hours for them to activate the card :( new dish, new Lnb, so now have sky+ in two rooms and the h/d in my bedroom, so she can watch sky+ my lad can watch sky+ and all ive got at the moment is this bloody picture lol

  22. i did m8 as i said we can all be wise after the events, ie it started off, warnings from 1962:( ffs lets be wise 40 odd years later yes i agree re the oil, but daft as the yanks are does anyone seriously believe THAT?? i assume any building that took that impact and of that size would have something in there that would cause explosions, but i won't guess cos i aint an expert, look at the countries that suffer earthquakes, more are killed by the following events than the actual earthquake ie explosions/floods etc i just think it's easy for the cranks to start sumising and 2+2 makes 5 i'm surprised that haven't also blamed the people themselves :o bit like blaming a woman for getting raped or someone getting murdered for being in the wrong place, yep i'll bet there are loads of things that could/should of been avoided our troops getting killed daily could be stopped easily but my OWN opinion is this is about the same as the "coincidences" that were forever being published on the tinternet ie 9 seats on the 9th day on the 9th floor and all that shite lol wonder how many actually watched it live on tv, and because of things like this now think they saw summat else :nelson: i'll be really pissed if they tell me santa ain't real  ;)
  23. sorry what an utter crock of shite made you think of the attacks in a different light? so it wasn't terrorists that killed thousands of innocent people, thats exactly what the terrorists would like us all to think blame anyone but themselves crap like this in my opinion only defames the memories of those people and their familes, yes we can all be wise after the events, if people had listened about hitler the 2nd ww wouldn't have happened any country can be safe if they spent billions and bilions and billions, i'm not sure i would want to live in a world like that, off course we can all look back and say if only, same way for any disaster, you can go back to hitler the munich air disaster, aber van (not sure thats spelt right) hillsborough, the london bombings, recent floods etc etc etc and with the right kind of afterthought all could have been avoided sick sick sick people were responsible for the 9/11 and any other terrorist actions, in one part they say this and that could be foreseen, then they throw in that someone insured the twin towers to include terrorist acts, wouldn't any sensible business person?? how many people have insured something and been caught out by the act of god lark, nope i aint having a dig at you m8, i would if you thought it all up lol, but for anything to deflect from how those poor people actually died shouldn't be given breathing space in my opinion:(
