water temp differences
When the engine is cold the thermostat remains closed until IIRC 84 C, until then there is no water going to the rad so the gauge may go up slightly (depending on where the sender has been positioned) then once it warms up and opens the hot water goes in to the rad then normal cooling will happen and the temp gauge may go down a few degrees HTH

What vacuum reading do you get with....
....your Profec B Spec II On idle I get about -80 to -85 and when driving, decellerating in gear with no throttle I get -99. I presume that is in PSI as I have set the Profec to PSI, does this sound about right ? CheerZ Paul

If it were me I would ask 2 questions 1) If business IS on the up why have they asked you to buy back in, are they doing well or do they need extra capital ? 2) If business really is on the up have a look a loan options and repay it back quicker if possible or a flerxi loan All IMHO though

Yep I got the right ones then. I think it was just spiking at 18.7 PSI as I didn't hear any dett :eek: What I'm after is in Lo a nice mellow drive with no real kick for Sunday driving LOL then in Hi I'm after a real kick in the ass for blasting. I've had a go at setting it up like in the link to the other thread but it's nowhere near as quick as it was with just 1.2mm boost jets fitted. I get the surge then holds back a bit then another smaller surge and I just can't get it dialed in exactly as I want it to be, any sugestions ?

Yes, remove whats left of the det sensor wiring from the engine bay and put the 1 meg ohm ressy directly on the ECU connector, not sure what pins though, hang on I'll have a look or someone else may know !

V-Power for me unless the fookin place is shut (and it usually is) or BP Ultimate 2nd choice although that's fooking well expensive ! Sometimes Tesco 99 3rd choice and I didn't know they added Bio Fuel, is that bad ?
