  1. most of the time its the quality of the welds that are the issue rather then the quality of the tube used. pretty much all of the stainless systems i have seen use 304 stainless which is an easier to cold form grade. 316 which is what i use frequently in my profession is harder to cold form and generally cracks after time with the constant heating and cooling effect.316 contains more Molybdenum then 304 As such, molybdenum is one of the single most useful alloying additives in the fight against corrosion. in exhaust systems however can be a bit probelmatic on joints 304 is used as it can be more durable but not from corrosion.
  2. Just curious how much you paying for the bungs
  3. Thats a bloody good price !.
  4. So many parts have been discontinued that the new replacement parts require other new parts and this goes on and on. I was looking at fixing my old box( sheared 6 teeth off of a syncro) the list of parts was horrendous. I bought a secondhand box in the end. I do have my old one which im keeping for any parts I may need in the future.
  5. Any chance of a good map chart to compare too please. I want to check mine but not sure what it supposed to look like?
  6. When I was costing up the parts to fix mine they stopped counting past 1500. There are so many discontinued parts and you have to btw other things to make it work. Its cheaper just to buy a new box or take a risk and try and get a good secondhand one.

" i have waited three months and put up with all the hype about this "golden team" "the ones" and tbh im totally disappointed. i am as excited about football as i was before the world cup and tbh that means i couldn't give a rat arse about it. appalling display and VERY overpaid school boys.... at least they can return to there million dollar mansions now then and back to there 100k a week jobs!
