  1. dont see what else it could be unless you have dislodged another vacuum hose somewhere. how did you remove the egr? engine removed? gearbox? or did you just bypass it??
  2. where can you hear the air leak?
  3. http://www.ttzd.com/tech/egrtech.html IN PROCEDURE ITS NUMBER 2
  4. on the egr there is a vacuum hose you have blocked it up havent you otherwise you will be sucking in air creating no vacuum in the system. you can buy vacuum cap s which block off the redundent vacuum hose or you could just shove a bolt in it and clamp it up.
  5. you have blocked the vacuum hoses right??
  6. put it this way you can change the bulbs with just the hood cover off.!! i have done it. if you ever take the dah cluster out always leave out the bottom two screws then if anything ever goes wrong you can even remove the dash cluster without removing the pods. i know cos i have done it twice today LOL

  8. so ideally if it was possible eg without the space restrictions of the engine bay a single turbo setup would be much more benificial as the output of all 6 cylinders would be spooling the turbo?

  10. well if you take the turbos off you have about a 200bhp engine sooo does the power increase incrementally eg 200+250 max+250 max= 700 LOL

  16. this could be the aiv in the wing. does it sound more like a gurgling noise as in drinking the last bit of water from the bottom of a cup. you get that slurp. if so you need to drain the water in the U shaped pipe that goes to the unit. there is a guide somewhere.
