  9. i have both nochex and paypal just started using paypal so dont actually know thier costs yet paypal is best though nochex you have to upload monies into your nochex account max £90 then send from there (99p charge for uploading or drawing out monies) paypal just comes off your credit card credit card companies use their own form to convert currency paypal uses its own which is higher than your credit card companies rate! paypal for me! hope this helps
  10. just been out for a quick spin driven lively (for me anyway) left on idle in garage and took oil cap off i could hardly notice vibration ?? (with hand over) vac gauge points to close 14 far left everything else seems ok???
  11. no coolant loss I've never heard of a cylinder leakage test ??
  12. 93 UK TT White smoke all the time from both exausts, I thought it might be condensation but it still smokes even when after half hour drive this has now been like this for about 2months but now its getting warmer (a bit) and very few cars on the road are smoking. No oil in water or oil leak/loss but if i were to do a compression test would this identify a cylinder heas gasket problem?? I really cant see it being a turbo problem due to the way i have been driving recently (but u never know) recent full service inc pvc valves fuel regulator & dampener car drives as it should ?? if you have read this far your input would be appreciated ;) cheers
  13. Yes good on you mac for helping people out your not exactly selling nismo ashtrays for masses of profit without a licence  your promoting new products for a subscribed trader and i dont think your stepping on anybodies toes (especially as u mentioned you would organise group buys for other traders if asked) what started out as an interesting group buy ended up as an argument which lasted till way after bed time...........then carried out again PM No Need

  20. place called B&M Autos in Bolton just off haliwell road if u know it its a real back street garage old building no ramps or modcons but the bloke who owns it is a shit-hot mechanic (really knows his stuff) my 300 was there tody next to a cossie which he he rebuilt the engine on and next to a r33 skyline which had been in a front end smash (damaged repairable jobbie) he also does other jobs ie. custom fiests rs turbo mondeo block with calibra pistons, rs fiesta head, fancy bottom end big turbo clever bloke only trouble is no tuning facilities and oily prints on the fenders  but then again i do that anyway!!

  23. my conclusion 99% of accidents are caused by human error (either party involved) 1% mechanical failure (brakes, tyres, steering..............) i agree with raising speed limits i agree with fines for idiots if i worked as a traffic cop i wouldnt bother about speeding (i.e. 90 on a motorway in good conditions with good visibility) i would be more concered with idiots who call themselves parents taking kids out whilst sat on the passengers knees! driving standards need to be set higher! not half an hour in a car with big L plates on. your average cyclist has more road sense than that. think whats in the distance and what may turn out to be a hazard be cautious be aware enjoy driving and watch out for :xxx: love the quote We could blame petrol for making the car move in the first place stats here links http://www.safespeed.org.uk/index.html http://www.abd.org.uk/ apologies for long reply p.s. i have acted the pillock before now but thankfully lived to see another day! (a lesson learnt boost on corners :o )
