Are track days really worth it?
Not worth the risk in a 20K+ New Scooby Would be ACE in a battered XR2i I know people are going to say a 2i is nowt compared to an Scooby but you've gotta start somewhere and I think that lessons/practice in a banger would be more fun cos it would'nt matter as much if you total it! (without injury to any persons)

bloody hell!
done this myself m8 (just decided to push car around corner for the sake of it) I was always a bit dubious about buying a RWD car cos of this, ended up on pavement across the carriagway with a dumbstruck face! no damage on mine but must have been a fast slide (about 50MPH) as when i went into garage day after my tyres were flat, and ended up getting both off side tyres sealed to rims again (beading) It was funny at time but I have never felt the urge to do it again!
