You may recall i had full respray a couple of months back when the car went in for repairs after some tosser ran a red and swiped the front of the car. Well the pics in my rides show my car last saturday after me and my little brother spent about 4 hours washing, waxing and polishing. I came home tonight to find some jealous ******* has done this... No idea who did it. I am fooking raging, but what can i do? Yaseen (disconsolate zed owner) :cry:

TOP TIP: if you don't do this already, when you've finished waxing your car get a clean soft cloth and use an old spray bottle filled with water. Spray a very light mist on the car and rub in/off with the cloth.

if the cars been sitting for a while i think its normal for it to this, quietens down after a nice long drive. something about hydraulic lifters? one of the techies will confirm

nah, i drove it almost all this weekend in really hot weather, no sign of a leak at all.

before i took the car out last weekend (and realised my speedo wasn't working) i topped it up with about 4-5 jugs of water because if you remember my water pump was leaking (that or the two pipes above it). well the car has been parked up all week and i drove it all this weekend and not a drop! it had been sitting for about 4-6 weeks before last weekends drive and i can't see how the leak has dissappeared. Checked the level last night and it was to the top of the rad, yes it was cold. :confused:

We don't even know a tenth of the stuff that goes on behind the scenes; lies, bitching, backbiting, slagging off, troublemaking, shit-stirring, etc etc... I've experienced it where certain people have been bitching about me to other members and trying to stir up trouble. Claiming that they've made complaints to a member of the committee about things I've said/done on here. I then find myself being advised I should be carefull what I do/say because people aren't happy about it blah blah. Only for me to ring that committee member to be told nobody has said anything to him and there is no problem to sort out. I do not doubt what the committee member said for a second because I know that if there was a problem I would have heard from him way before I needed to ring him. This confirmed what I suspected and it was just certain people going out of their way to cause trouble and try and make me look bad. Well if people have a problem then my number has always been in my sig, why not take it up with me instead of spreading bullshit to others?? Beats me :rolleyes: I've already made it pretty clear how a I feel about the committees non-competition policy for traders and have already been banned once so won't say anything else to risk a second, permanent ban. stripped down the dash again today and drove around the block with the speed convertor disconnected and again with it completely removed. speedo still not working. did an autobox diagnostic, 2nd flash longer than the rest so something wrong with the speed sensor circuit. going to try cleaning the connectors, if that dsnt work then i'll probably need a new speed sensor. i did manage to sort the central locking, interior lights which didnt work and door open light always staying on, had a look in the small fuse box in the drivers footwell and there were a few in the wrong place and one missing.
