  1. The easiest way I found is to drill 2 small holes and then use a security fork bit in a screwdriver in the two holes to undo and do back up if need be :)
  2. Well done mate, you've really got into it ain't ya :) I had to stop running for a few weeks cos of a back problem and boy did I miss it. Getting back to normal and tried yoga too last week!!!! lol
  3. No guys, I don't wish him HIV, I wish he would get put in prison and raped himself!! If he had HIV no one would touch him though ;) Actually, get HIV, put in prison and raped by someone with HIV again and again til his life becomes so miserable he tops himself. People like that should suffer for as long as possible!!!!
  4. I think the DBX file is corrupt and that's why outlook can't see all of the emails, so can't import them :( Cheers bud, just PM'd him :)
  5. one of the simple things to do on a Z is to clean every connector you can get to in the engine bay, can make a differnce ;)
  6. Hi, My PC decided to reboot itself today and I've lost a months worth of emails in my inbox. I looked up the inbox.dbx file using a repair tool and the emails are listed but it costs £50 odd quid for the program. Does anyone have or know of anything that can get my emails back? It's in Outlook Express 6 and I'm running XP. Cheers Vijay
  7. Best thing to do is get it repaired a.s.a.p so you won't be looking at it for too long and reminding you. I did the same with my other car, had the front bumper and nudge bar all sprayed up, spent days with a clay bar, polished it and it looked brilliant. A few days later pulling out of a drive, couldn't decide which way to turn, left or or right so I went straight and took out a wall! These things happen but you have to laugh at yourself cos otherwise you'd cry mate :)
  8. Wish I could help but it's so long since I looked at my boost controller lol I just did a quick search on here for avcr and plenty of posts. This one suggests 65% http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?72360-Apexi-AVCR&highlight=avcr
  9. Completely agree with the above - no alarm is any good unless the installation is done properly! I've removed a Toad out of an old car and could not believe that it was installed by and "Authorized " installer (and I know they were cos I found them), full of black tape and wires not even connected to boot & bonnet sensors. The Toad alarm is a good, reliable, does what it's supposed to alarm. A proper installer will hide wires in looms etc but they will be more expensive.
  10. a large metor show tonight according to the news - just saw one :)
  11. I'm still on Zolpidem and been on them for nearly 9 years. Have the odd night on night nurse which puts me right out but feel way too groggy in the mornings to continioulsy take it :(
  12. This is exactly what worries me :( Are you perfectly entitled to view your property once a month or every 3 months - is that something you can put into the rental conditions?
  13. Hi, Is there anyone on here who deals with mortgages? I may be looking for a self build mortgage or possible a buy to let mortgage on my current property. Also if anyone has rented out a house, what monthly costs do you have to take into account? Utillity bills, council tax, insurance, running costs/maintainace??? Cheers Vijay
  14. You know what I like about that, it looks like you'd spot it and want to go sit down :) Really nice job there!
  15. Yeah, that's it, to the west of junc 15 of the M1. I'm wondering what it would be like to move there ;) And what's the score with Northampton, I'm getting a negative impression from sone people :(
  16. I'm always up for helping a fellow Z owner but I'll probably be too hungover this Sunday
  17. Just wondered if any of you guys know the village at all? What's it and the surrounding areas like? Cheers Vijay
  18. Best of luck mate, I know Ade used to love his car so surprised he sold it..........
  19. I've had a knee problem for years (done the ligament or something) and that was before running. I now wear a support when running just as a matter of course and touch wood, not had any issues with it apart from the odd twinge now and again. Never though running could be enjoyable but it does clear the head too and it's a huge feel good factor isn't it :)
  20. Mate, it's only a matter of time before something else hurts - my collection of supports is growing with age!! lol
  21. Costco too if you or anyone you know is a member ;)
  22. Yep, I washed mine in a normal washing machine too. You could use a pressure washer too ;)
  23. Well as long as all your details are right cos I wouldn't put it past any insurance company to try and get out of paying out if it came to it ;) Yeah I should be up for that although I wouldn't be in my Z :( So you bought AdeF's car? Nice guy :)
