Got to agree with Si on this, plenty of people over the years have gone out of their way to help others and it's rarely about the money - that's what makes this place so fantastic.

And sadly her insurance premium will now go up cos someone her car - go figure that one out!!

That's fair enough Gary, it's up to each person to make up their own mind before using someone ;) As I said, I know I am in the small percentage of people who wouldn't recommend Zedworld but I'm glad that others have had good service, cos if they didn't, there would be a lot less Z's on the road and I'd hate that ;) To say there is very little bad feedback is a little unfair though as my post about Zedworld was removed even though it wasn't rude or personal and to me stated facts and I welcomed anything Zedworld had to say. So if posts are removed, that's a little unfair on people looking to make their own minds up about which people to use. Vijay

Sadly you're not the only one with a bad experience with Zedworld but it does seam like we are the small few. It's a shame that the aftercare (or lack of) didn't resolve the issues cos that to me shows the real person we deal with in any situation. Yeah things go wrong in all trades, but it's all how someone goes out of their way to sort the problem that really matters. Don't give up on Z ownership, it's all a learning curve and you will get those nigly things sorted :)

I'm really hoping someone can help me pretty urgently. I need 5 photos cropped and moved around so 4 of them are 5cm x 8cm and 1 is 12cm x17cm. Basically I need to put these 5 photos into a frame that holds 5 pictures. So I need to give my friend a jpeg so he can print an A4 sheet on photo paper that I can just cut the photos out and fit into the frame. Can anyone help me with that? Cheers Vijay

Cheers, that's what I'm worried about. I've never ever made a claim on my insurance - only when my car has been hit by a third party. No points. My windscreen excess is £75 so I'll call round for the screen tomorrow and then decide.............................

I'd have thought they wouldn't, but I also know what insurance companies can be like :(
