Yep, afraid so. My credit card company rang and asked If I had paid £1 to a client. I said no. apparently it was a test buy to see if card was still active. So not lost anything much but had to destry card.

Hi I am thinking of adding the three gauges as the standard ones seem to be so totally inacurate. Anyone out there with three matching 52mm gauges. Not tooooo expensive I hope..lol

Ok, I have a UK 94 TT Manual and am considering De catting it as I have been told I may gain a little extra power. Any opinions out there girls and guys.

A question? Is it fair to say that Zeds that have been tampered with re power and performance are less reliable than those not. My reason is that I have owned mine for about 4 years now and it has not had a great deal done ecept for a mongoose system. But it seems (touch wood ) very reliable. Yet I see on lots of occasions problems with zeds that have been modified in some way.

Hi, Anyone here got one of these in the south east, who can give me some advice. Wifey's car and has an oil leak left hand side as you look at engin. Took plastic covers off top and side, and I think it is the rocker cover gasket. Not sure though? Thanks Sonic.:confused1:

Interesting thread, I too have stock gauges both oil and water temp. Oil fluctuates enormously, but water just sits there as you say. Is it a major job to add in some gauges, I mean at the business end, where the sensors pick up their information to send to the gauge? God, I find being a member here is so good. Thanks to everyone who imparts their knowledge for us lesser mechanical mortals.

I have a 94 UK TT, I see the rear wheel arches are beginning to subdue to rust, and when I look underneath and inside the arches I can see more of the damn stuff. Do UK zeds suffer more that imports? and what is the cost of getting rid of this.

I wonder what could be stripped off the engine and supporting systems in total. That would leave a brilliant and far easier engine to play with.?????

Hi guys, My gauge in my 94 UK manual TT seems to go to the half way position when I start her up. But I noticed the other day after an hour or so driving it was registering nearly zero. Checked oil all seems ok, in fact I check it about 2 times a week now as I am not sure what is happening. No unusual sounds , no oil on drive, no smoke. Confused.com............
