  1. Not sure, I am always out and about in mine.....well during summer anyway. Am around at weekend if anyone wants to meet up for a coffee, going down to Sussex Stu's place in the morning on the coast,
  2. Hi I think that was me, I live in Northgate and I saw you but it was too late to acknowledge you sorry. Get in touch lets have a coffe sometime.
  3. MAF.............wtft.......lol
  4. Well thanks to Lee Dent and Sussex Stu, I have my Zed performing like it has never done before, its quicker more responsive and performs very well. Now, the only problem left is it still misses a beat now and again, and hunts sometimes. This is more common when it is hot I think. I do have a greddy system in my car, and have been told it needs setting up correctly which I have in hand now.....would this cause those issues, or is there something simple I should look at replacing..... Thank you
  5. Hi mate, fitting it over weekend, and yes spoke to Charlie, he is on hols and passed me to Ed at Fusion Motor Sport, All being booked now mate. I think you will need to grease yours up a bit if you even want to be on the same piece of tarmac as me.....lol
  6. I would like to say a big thank you to Lee Dent for being so swift in getting me the coil pack for my sick zed. From call to arriving at my door two days. Brilliant service.....Thanks Lee
  7. Hi Lee. did you get my email mate re the coil pack?
  8. Thanks again, I actually have that manualy, as you say original impossible to read.
  9. Thank you very much for that, if you have the time on the phone would you have a chat, you obviously know this system well. In the mean time I will take a look at waht is set in the system. Thanks again for your advice.
  10. Thank you for the quick response I am now sorted. Thank you all again Sonic
  11. I have a greddy system in my TT, it was there when I brought the car some 4 years ago and I have never understood it, however having had a health check done on the turbos and the car, the performance is being governed by this system. I am running standard turbos (I think) on 555 injectors because apparently the engine was re-built to a higher spec. (Please dont ask me to what as I have no paperwork on it at all)...long story. Can anyone help me with what I can start with on the settings, like a base setting I suppose please? Thanks everyone.
  12. Does anyone have a spare coil pack for a 1992 UK spec manual tt. I have had my mechanic round and we have located the issue of the missfiring, It is the coil pack on the rear right of the engine as you look at it from the front. It is nearly 20 years old now and if they are original they have done very well...lol Thank you

  19. Hi boffins !!! I have spoken with Groover about being offered a new V8 engin. I am considering doing the conversion but have little mechanical knowlege. But I want to do this as a project. My zed has a good working engin and gearbox on a 1994 UK manual TT with good turbos and uprated injectors to 555. (327 on rolling road) I may as well sell these as I cant have two engins in same car.......(mmmmm.. could I ) nope, not worth considering..lol. I am getting the full speck on the engin (no gearbox with V8) and will look at cost before I finally make a decision. Is there anyone in the South of England who has done this and who may be available for a chat please. Thanks everyone.

  23. Stu,I have tried calling and texting, how are you mate
  24. Hi all, wifey has herself a lovely little red fto, that has three oil leeks according to the garage. 1. The rocker cover gasket, 2&3 are the cam seals.
