Well the reason i asked.years ago i used to have a few or had owned a few renualt five turbo.and they all seem to have acssevive heat shields and or blankets.and apart from protecting your oil lines and other including wires.etc under the bonnet.i thouht that they were also desined to work more affishant.a bit like why cats dont work in this country cas they never get hot enough.but thats another story.there must be a reason other than underbonnet temps soaring.and anyway even if this is the case i hate espeacally in the summer months after a spirited drive.the temps under there cant be good surly.be better if they were insulated.or is it just a money making game.to have you tubs all nice and cosy.

Anyone had ever used or have some bonnet struts.at the moment i have the norm thingy.and think it would be nice to get rid of the horible long bonnet stay.of whitch dont like dtay in high wind.but anyone used one or even fitted two so i woulnt even have to ade it open or are they to stroong.these struts.andwhilst im here.im needing some rear struts anyways.its embariding loading shopping in car.im going to take my sons fingers off shortly as well if im not carful.

Just thinking about heat sheilds or wraps for the tubs.after all if the tubs have to be replaced then ideal time a to keep the heat and temp down a lttle a.anyone one here got or have used them.

Ive hot to get rid of some horinle goldy coloued window tint.on the rear quater glass and rear screen.now the rear quaters not so bad cas i can use a razer but the bake window with all the eliments in .oh man.is this going to be a acident.waiting to happen or what.its not also like u can pick up the rear trim cheap.spose im hoing to have to wsit go a windy day and a tree to loose a branch i guess.though i could be waiting for months.any ideas

The biggest must.must be the glass is not damaged. Because i will be changing the front end of my car.i now need front headlights so that i can put in some halo.s and day running light aswell.oh and poss indicators . What you got.origanal or lights that have been done.or even if thats what you like to play with.give me a shout.no rush i have until new year to need urgent. Dont want a big gap at the rear arch.so even if after set up if it rubs then itll be in a bodyshop for mods underneath.were theres a will theres a way.but i think itll be fine.watch this space.

And yes as soon as there fitted of whitch will now be in three weeks.ill have her set up.again.as for rubbing or going over lumps.jesus i cant even get into my local supermarket and two garages in norwich.so once tyres on.shell be sent to apt racing where they have already said that if anything the front needs to sit a degree or two more up at the front so when hard braking the sits level.to stop oversteet and will help with the front clearence issue.like i said al .shes in good hands.shes getting the best treatment.
