no I think he`s got it the other way around. What I was trying to get across to Russ is the the fuel ecu is in bed with the idle circuit. It looks like like he may be running na circuitry though looking through the posts

That`s where my wellies went! As for your na fuel ecu that could be a lot to do with it. Assuming you have a TT main ecu the fuel side will be getting the maps and signal from something the na ecu can`t properly respond to. Usually as a safe guard these things shuf off or go into limp mode.

Do check that ecu though. It has different maps for different stages i.e warm up , warm etc. and all ties in with the idle circuit.

On the idle side don‘t overlook the fuel pump ecu. Dodgy board had mine causing issues.

I found this this inside my passenger door lying at the front, clearly has fallen off and the door now has a rattle. It sounds like it`s coming from the stop bar that halts the travel of the door. Anybody have an idea where to stick it back to? It`s driving me nuts. Cheers

it`s those side lips that ruin it for me. One assumes the twins bumper would be more intergrated. Where did you get it painted in the end Joel? Was it the place we discussed?

If it`s coming through the Interior light the only way it can travel there is from the centre roof bar and along the headlining. Water is a bugger to locate as it travels and finds the smallest of gaps. The centre bar is bolted in with silicon surrounding the holes. Maybe it`s worn. It`s the same with the targa trim. If the sealant around the screws has gone water will gradually fill the inside of the targa panel. They`ll rust too.

It`ll probably be coming from the targas themselves. The foam on the end caps stops sealing. Good way to tell is take one out press your ear to the panel and listen for the tell tale trickle from within. May even run out the end.

Trust me it`s great..starts off like playdough then over night turns into rubber. I just made a new button for my pugs remote with it. My rubber ends on those trims have perished so i`ve made new ones. black is the same shade as oem too. I made sure to smooth the ends with a butter knife. This stuff could repair roof centre panel ends too.

Or you can remould it using sugru if you`re feeling creative
