Alloy wheels
Does anybody have a list of wheel manufacturer and types for the 300ZX tt. I am ringing round shops to be told I can only fit 8 types of wheel to these without any modifications. I like the AZEV As but may need arches rolling. Is there a website where you can select your car then just show what wheels are available without trolling through loads of wheels. I've looked on ZCentre but am looking for more options. Cheers

Aftermarket gearknob
Anyone know where I can get a black leather aftermarker gearknob with a long shank to cover down to the gaiter. Luke at ZCentre does an alloy but I really wanted black leather. Cheers

Question
I used to do Karate, firstly Shotokan then zome sort of competition. Would like to try either kickboxking or Thai as I've been told both of these are better (Thai being the best). Hate football, saying that I will watch the England match of a big final.

weird problem
Right, after cleaning and re-cleaning contacts on AFM car now goes again. However, it seems to misfire occasionaly, sometimes quite a lot and holds back every now and then. It also revs off the scale under fast gear change from 2nd to 3rd gear. Again this is not happening everytime. It feels a little lumpy and tickover *CAN* be erratic dropping to 300 and nearly stalling. Does this mean I gotta really clean and remake new connectors for AFM. Is it anything else? Can an AFM be dodgy or is it a case of THEY WORK or THEY DONT WORK? :(

What alternative to a Zed?
Toyota Mk3 Supra Either the UK Single Turbo or the import 2.5 Twin Turbo. Import is much faster and also has digital dash, removable roof, as an added extras. I still got my uk 3.0 Turbo and have NEVER had any probs with it.

2000 Revs
Sorted - Many thanks ot Jeff At Zedworld as he told me what voltages you need to expect. If anyones interested the B Pin needs to be at 0.8v with ignition on and between 0.8v and 1.5v at idle (engine warm) I cleaned up all connections and tightened the conn plugs and it now revs up to 4k I cant rev above that coz Im in a hospital car park and it attracts a lot of attention at tickover due to loud exhausts :) So anyways, I think its fixed - will know tonight when I go home Cheers all

2000 Revs
The hole itself is a manufactured one but It is plugged. Its part of the casing. So Im not worried about that I have the AFM in my hands and there are 4 screws that hold the connector in place on it. I have removed them but the poxy connector will not withdraw out. MAC1 - how did you open your afm? Im pretty handy with a soldering iron and a DVM :)

2000 Revs
after a very quick look, do I need a 10mmm spanner for the 4 bolts? Also where the connector plugs into the afm there is a hole where looks like something is missing alongside? should there be anything in there?

2000 Revs
Limped to work this morning, car finally gave up the ghost 15 ft short of its parking space. Its infuriating when theres an empty space and it just wouldnt reach it, in my rear view mirror I see other cars coming and overtaking me to get into space . . . . . .arrrggghhhhh I feel like killing it. MY Supra never gave me this problem. Firstly Im gonna remove the AFM and have a look at it. Im gonna do that in the next hour or so whilst Im at work :) I'll post any findings. thanks all

Is there any resistance tests I can do between pins of the AFM? Any way of fooling it? If not I'll buy another from Jeff - Its just a bloody long drive at 50mph
